The cauliflower crust is a good option. I have never had a bad experience at a Pieology so far. They always do a good job of loading your pizza up. The staff is very friendly and the pies come out of the oven in no time. It’s a good place to drop by for a quick lunch or dinner.

Because the location was convenient, and it was the National Pizza day, we stopped at Pieology in Cedar Park for lunch. We arrived at 12:45 on Sunday and it took 45 minutes until we got our pizzas. There were only three people working, and it seemed they were understaffed.
Lots of toppings were out, such as red onions, spinach, and others. The oven looked dirty with a lot of food crumbs in there.
Once they put our pizza into the oven, it took a while as well. Sure enough, pizzas that were delivered to our table were burned and hard.
The floor was sticky, and tables were dirty. A bottle of spicy sauce was left out without a cap. It just didn’t look good.
Unless things change, I will not come back to this place. It used to be good, and we used to come regularly. Not any more. Very disappointing experience.

Friendly service with a smile. Quick delivery of your customized pizza to your table. Simple menu and a reasonable price. We love this place! I would recommend you check them out when you’re in the mood for pizza.

A great pizza place. I like the thin crust, delicious. You choose how you want it and you usually have it in about 5 minutes. Very flavorful for a thin crust pizza. You can order them healthy or a clog your arteries special. My kids will eat half to all of their pizzas. They each get there own. They are happy when we tell them we are going to Pieology. They are on par with Mod Pizza and Blaze Pizza. A nice family environment. Read the quotes on the wall while you wait, they are enjoyable.

This is my favorite make-your-own pizza place..I like their dough and choice of toppings. They move the line through really quickly.. The pizzas come out tasting great. I can’t even recommend any particular thing because I always customize it based on my mood that day. Their flavored iced tea is tasty too. Fantastic place!

Great customer service on the front and backend of the transaction. The person in the middle had no engagement. My family and I loved making our pizzas. The flavors were excellent, the crust was crisp and tasty. A really great concept building our own and then the fun of tasting each others creations was awesome.

I love the pizza and so do my kids. It’s always clean. You pick as many toppings as you want for one flat price. It’s great. I usually ask them to cook it twice for a crispier crust. Customer service could use some work. I ordered online, but they didn’t start making it until after I arrived (after the scheduled pick up time).

The service is excellent and the food is even better! The ingredients are always very fresh, the line to create your pizza moves pretty quickly and your food is ready shortly after you sit down. The atmosphere is very casual. It’s a great place to hang out with the family and it’s reasonably priced as well. It is a family favorite of ours and we go there as often as we can!

My family LOVES Pieology! The pizza is perfectly crusty and to the table quickly. I would give 5 stars if the staff was friendlier. They’re nice and all but I’d like to see some excitement when I approach. I mean we eat there about once a week. It would be nice to be recognized once.
