We tried this local gem last night. Excellent taste and 5 star customer service. This is a locally owned must try pizza place.
We ordered Cheese bread, pizzas and cinnamon sticks. Everything was delicious and fresh.

Did takeout. Pizza and jalapeño bread were amazing. Cinnamon sticks are basically a dessert pizza. Also wonderful. You will not regret eating here if you haven’t yet. Owner is nice too.

We’ve ordered from here for years and used to brag on the service and pizza. The last few times have really been disappointing! A month and a half ago we had family in town, I ordered a meat lovers pizza, not only was it well over an hour to get it delivered, IT WAS A VEGGIE PIZZA, NO MEAT AND WAS COLD. I was furious! I called and complained, the guy that answered the phone said he would remake it and bring it out himself. He did and it was decent.
Today I ordered a pizza for us and it was supposed to be here by 1:11 p.m. At 1:18, which was a little over an hour since I ordered it, I called. The same guy answered the phone said he would call the delivery driver and call me back. He called back a couple minutes later and said the driver was on his way, it’s be about 10 minutes. And that he was old, so he’s a little slower. It was more like about 25 minutes later the pizza finally showed 1 hour and 45 minutes after ordering. The driver called and said, I’m here. LIKE I GUESS I’M SUPPOSED TO GO OUT AND GET THE PIZZA! I went on to the porch and asked why did it take so long? NOW, GET THIS, THE DRIVER SAID, “I DO IT ALL, I’M THE COOK, TAKE THE ORDERS AND DELIVER!”
So, basically the guy that answers the phone is the same guy and he lied to me about it being on its way and said the driver is old (which is himself)! I guarantee he was not much older than me husband and myself!
WE WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!

WAY overpriced. I was assured the price matched the quality of the pizza thanks to Domino’s not delivering to Piedmont. Well I’ll be making the drive to domino’s next time. Never again. Frozen pizza would’ve made me happier.

The Pizza and Customer Service are magnificent. It is very clean and a wonderful experience. The only thing that could be improved was the very hot temperature of the room during a busy night. The heat was quite uncomfortable but other than that it was wonderful. Four stars for me. I will definitely come back again.

I hate giving bad reviews but when the owner doesn’t care enough to even ask how your meal was when you are paying I guess it’s expected. The pizza on the buffet looked old, like it had been sitting there all day. So we ordered two pizzas instead, they were fine but not good enough to order again. We also ordered cheese sticks and asked for them to be brought out as an appetizer, we received them after the pizza and they were cold and hard (they were awful!). The female at the register was nice but our server was pretty much nonexistent! She brought us our drinks and a box, no refills and I had to get up and ask for anything else we needed. When we got there, there was one other person eating. When we left there was one other table, so being busy wasn’t the reason for the poor service! Like I mentioned at first, when we checked out the owner didn’t even ask “how was everything?”. Piedmont is limited on dinning-out choices so I wish I could recommend them, but unfortunately I can’t. Seriously when you only have a few customers at the time you should be able to give them the best service possible!

Nice staff took my order in person 3.12.2020 and did fantastic. I work in the area pass this on way home I was craving pizza. I did a carryout – my food was cooked to order and it was piping hot. My order was accurate and I definitely will return when in the situation of hunger for pizza. I really felt valued with my interaction with the staff. The mushrooms and cheesebread along with pizzas = stellar. The (Staff) they were pleasant and smiling….that goes a long way!

Because I’ve been working so many hours lately a family member decided to surprise me with a pizza when I got home. It arrived cold and appeared to be old like it had been sitting for a minute before it was delivered, but we were tired and hungry and ate it anyway. Well that family member that ordered the pizza for me as a surprise called and said how did you like your jumbo pepperoni pizza that I ordered you. I said well needless to say I received a large cold cheese pizza. I have attempted to call your restaurant 4 times tonight to make this right and no one wants to answer the phone! Very upset! We’ve ate here many times before and this is a first.
