Amazing fine dining experience for our wedding anniversary. Patrick was attentive and sensitive to our needs. Claiming good experience and knowledge of Indian palate, he recommended every single item for us, and everything was delicious. We were not rushed as well, and was unique to be in a restaurant for 3 hours. Having been to several french restaurants in Dallas, this was our best experience ever.

A genuine French restaurant, with the quality and service you would find in Michelin starred restaurants. Pied à Terre was a very lucky discovery for our special day, we were in the area and decided to try it out. It is a very intimate place, a small dining room and we were lucky that it was not too crowded. There is no loud music but a pleasant background buzz. We wanted a quiet dinner where we could talk and we got exactly that.
Patrick, the restaurant manager came to talk to us, introduced himself, and described the food as contemporary French. He was very nice and pleasant. Dishes are refined, tasty, delicious and healthy at the same time. We left the restaurant fully satisfied, but not overfed. Being French myself, I was very happy to be able to have the “ris de veau”, one of my favorite French delicacies and it was delicious. The whole meal was excellent and very original and the description given to us by our waiter Kyril and Patrick was spot on. I am only sorry that we didn’t get to try any of the other dishes, and desserts, that were out of this world. After dinner, our waiter took the time to show us the outside patios that are open in the cooler season, as well as the “Whiskey Box”, a small private dining room for small parties. The cost is very comparable to other French restaurant we have been to, but I would say that the quality was the best that we have encountered so far in the area. A truly great evening.

A wonderful experience, a real French restaurant well hidden. May it stay that way. This is what makes it special. I am looking forward to the new vegan menu.

Wow! Really there are no other words to describe what an experience dining with Patrick and his staff was. We had the tasting menu and chose to pair wine with our courses and could truly have not been happier with everything from beginning to end. Our courses ranged from foie gras that was perfection, to branzino that could not have been cooked better. I chose lobster for my main course, kind of silly since I’m from new England but the consomme was delicious and like nothing I have ever had before with my lobster. I used the owner Patrick’s name because by the time dinner was over (sad) we felt like Patrick’s friends. If we are ever in Miami again this is number one on our list to return to.

Delisious! This hidden germ serves you authentic Michelin quality of french cuisine! One of the best french restaurants where you can actually have in Miami. Dope!

Yes Food is Excelent, prices are OK for the quality of service, food and location. Foie gras and champagne… no words to describe.

This is by far the worst French food we have ever had. And we have been to some of the best all over the world. I really don’t believe all these great reviews and suspect some of the these are fake. Right from the beginning we should have taken heed of the signs and left as our host did not allow us to sit where we wanted even though the place was completely empty. He seemed not accomadating to allow us to sit at a big comfy table as they would have to only clear off a few extra dishes. Then when we ordered the sparklingly water it had a very fishy odour. It was the water or the glasses. We were not sure. This would have been time to leave. But it was late in the evening and our anniversary so we decided to give it a try.. We ordered the 5 course tasting menu and almost everything was horrible. The foie gras was disappointing. The broth had a funny taste like the water. The lamb chops were terrible as well. Very bland. Not much flavour at all. French food is all the about the sauces and all that we tried here failed horribly. And the wine pairing was over priced for amount you received. One good thing of the evening. The wait staff were excellent. But for $400 dollars on a very special night we expected much more than what we got. By far the worst restaurant we have ever been too. You know there is s problem when you can’t even get the water right!

We came on our anniversary and the moment we entered the lobby we were smacked with the smell of mildew. It never stopped. We were brought to a gorgous room with lighting so bright, a blind man could see !!!!!
Then brought to a table that was nice but the chairs made us feel like kids at the adult table. We ordered a glass of champagne and was refused as they wanted us only to order the most expensive bottle on the menu.
We decided to go with the Miami Spice menu as it looked amazing. It was sad and not even worthy of main land dinning.
Waited forever for our expensive check and 35 mins later they brought us back our bill. Insane!!!
It’s super quaint, but not worthy of the excitement or specialty one wants on the beach.

This is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food was fine, but the service was appalling!! The server (I believe her name was Georgia, though she told me something different) was incredibly rude. She said she usually is manager of the bar downstairs from the restaurant in the hotel. I heard her talking about how tables “didn’t even speak English.” She spilled wine all over the table and didn’t apologize. When the food came out, she asked who ordered what and when we didn’t Immediately respond she stormed off and told the manager “they don’t even know what they ordered.” She said this RIGHT NEXT to our table. I told her we did know but we didn’t hear her. She went on go tell me how she worked at Ritz Carlton and knew exactly what she was doing. She had an attitude the entire time and when we asked for bread she just walked away. We asked again and she said they ran out. I was smiling at this because it simply wasn’t true (Patrick said they had more bread, even though he made no effort to get it). I asked her why she she was acting so angry toward us for no reason and she said “I had no class.” I told her how rude she was and she said “she was on top of the world” (a truly bizarre thing to say)…??? I smiled again and she said in a sarcastic manner “nice smile.”
Then we asked the manager, Patrick, about ordering dessert and he said it was coming, even though no one even took our order!!
I went downstairs to inquire about who the manager above Patrick is (since it’s clear I wouldn’t get anywhere with that guy) and Georgia proceeds go FOLLOW us to the front desk saying that management “loves” her. I said “I bet” and she then said “good luck with your baby” because we had our sleeping baby with us. How dare she bring a baby into the matter.
Not only was the service terrible but Georgia was downright combative and Patrick was neglectful and in another world. I’ve never seen any customer treated in such a manner when they didn’t do anything except ask where the hostility from the service was coming from!!
There are so many great French restaurants in Miami, so look elsewhere before going to this hell hole.

unfurtunately a bad experience.
we went for the tasting menu and I can say the food was very obsolete, by far one of the worst french food we had
The service was terrible. We were the only couple in the restaurant (yes! completely empty) and the waitress forgot to serve water after we ask her 3 times. While we were enjoying our food, she didnt asked if we were looking for another glass of wine or more bread. Terrible for the restaurant that was losing money and terrible for our experience.
prices are ridiculous especially if you are looking for something especial.
the recipes looks like they are from the past century. super tasteless!
