Piecasso is more than a pizzeria. It’s a pact with our community to provide a refuge from the norm. Our attention to the “little things”, our Sicilian heritage, our commitment to artisan pizza, and our creative Italian menu sets us apart as the area’s Restaurant of Choice. Like Pablo Picasso himself, we value ambience and vibe and deliver it through colors that soothe, flavors that move and music that grooves. As a family business, we value children, providing them with areas for play and peace. We provide a variety of ways to enjoy our hospitality including take out, dine in, delivery and dining al fresco. Our bar is a friend who always wants company, reserving the right to mix it up with live music or even trivia.
Hip eatery with funky decor turning out hand-tossed gourmet pies, Italian standards & craft brews.

We went there on a super busy Saturday night but we were still able to get a seat within about 10 minutes. It was a great experience with reasonable prices and a wide selection. I particularly liked the quinoa roots and leaves bowl. It was really delicious. I was not as crazy about the veggie black bean burger. The cheese wasn’t even melted on it, and it was just kind of dry and boring. I thought the garlic knots were just okay as well. I thought our service was great and our server checked in just the right number of times. Overall it was an excellent experience and I will go back.

The food was delicious, and the manager was truly outstanding friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a wonderful time once we were seated.
However, our experience started off poorly. The host who greeted us was quite unwelcoming and made us feel uncomfortable right from the start. She didn’t want to seat us even though there were plenty of tables available, and we noticed she gave tables to guests who arrived both before and after us without a reservation or waitlist. We drove two hours to dine here and were very polite to her, but she was about to turn us away which was disappointing for such a nice restaurant. Hopefully, the management team takes this seriously.
Thankfully, the manager, Jess, completely turned things around with her kindness and professionalism. We truly appreciated her effort and hospitality. Everyone else on the team was very friendly and helpful , that’s what makes this place deserve a 5-star ⭐️ review.

Our server seemed really busy — after taking our order and bringing the food, she never came back to refill our water, and it took quite a while to get the check.
As for the food, I thought the pizza crust was pretty good, and the pesto flavor was unique, but it was a bit overbaked. I had to pick off some burnt tomatoes (or something really burnt). One of the olives on the pizza unexpectedly had a pit, which was quite a shock and actually pretty dangerous while eating. The fried calamari was also a bit disappointing — the taste was ok but there were a lot of fried onion strips and banana peppers mixed in with the calamari. In the end I felt the calamari was too oily.

Busy place! We were there for dinner on a Tuesday night. It was trivia night which was fun. We ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, a calzone, the old school supreme pizza, cup of Butternut Squash soup, pino Grigio, and the Mountain Glow Cider. Definitely a good spot and we would dine there again.

Today is 10/11/2025. I drove 2 hours in order to eat at their restaurant. The host who works today is very bad. Both habits and personality, including insulting customers. Or maybe it‘s because I went to Asian people. Which is a very bad experience until we met the manager Jess nice and very perfect. He apologized and served us very well and we were very impressed with his food and service. If I am the owner of the restaurant, I see these messages. What should you do with your host? The table is full but said there is no table. There is no reservation sign. Inform that the restaurant is busy. The service is not in time. If not, please leave the restaurant.

While touring Vermont, we decided to dine at Piecasso for dinner. What a great choice this was. For an appetizer we chose the Garlic Knots with Marinara Sauce. I had the Pasta Rovetto, my friends had Spaghetti & a Leonardo Pizza. Everything was delicious and prepared just right. I wish I had asked for extra Garlic in the Rovetto. Our server was Juan. He was very polite, professional & just a real gentleman. He made sure we had everything we needed. We definitely enjoyed our 5 star dining experience. Thank you Juan!

Fantastic pizza restaurant! Great atmosphere and super friendly staff. Cheese pizza that was perfectly cooked with the just the right sauce to dough ratio. Also had a house cheeseburger with Cabot cheddar that was amazing. Topped it off with a Clausthaler zero. Highly recommend.

personally think this place is a bit overhyped. We joined the waitlist in advance (which was nice so we didn’t have to wait on-site), but once we were seated, it took quite a while for our appetizer to arrive. The food itself was pretty good, though—not bad overall.

We stopped in for a bite to eat while driving down highway 100. We got there after the lunch rush and were seated promptly. The service was friendly, and I have no complaints. They had a high chair and offered crayons for the kids. We ordered garlic knots and a pepperoni and bacon pizza. The pizza is served with various seasonings on the side. Everything was hot, fresh, and good. I’d stop in again.

Picasso in Stowe is consistently an outstanding experience. The food, atmosphere, and overall attention to detail set a high standard, but what truly stands out is the level of care from the staff.
Someone in our party has a gluten and dairy allergy, and every visit they handle it with professionalism and genuine attentiveness. We always feel confident that everything is prepared thoughtfully and correctly, which makes a huge difference when dining out.
The service is warm, polished, and reliable every time. Picasso is a place you can trust for a great meal and an equally great experience.
