I cant understand the rave reviews here. I too am a transplant from Long Island NY. I know my pizza especially having a pizzeria and bagel shop. My review here is off pizza only. It was fair. The sauce lacked significant flavor. Just tasted like sweet tomato sauce. The crust was okay. The other half that had chicken, bacon, and onion was scarce as you can tell from the photo. Since when is pizza $23.00! The atmosphere is small, messy, with no seats for dining. I am new to Wake Forest but so far the pizza is not a favorite.

I moved here recently and have been looking for a pizzeria, and I’ve tried a few different local places but this one is by far the best, great pizza and affordable compared to other locations. Will continue to order from here. They don’t have an online ordering system, but you can always just give them a call.

Definitely authentic northern NJ pizza and salads. The pizza was outstanding and the caesar salad was out of this world. All freshly made. It is takeout only but just sitting and waiting for a moment, look around, it had all the decor of every NJ pizza place, it shows they are part of the community and you are family, including the take-one and leave-one community drop off for families-in-need. I love it so much.

Great pizza place with authentic new york style pizza. You could tell the toppings were fresh and the marinara sauce was the best. Very clearly homemade and not the frozen junk you get from other pizza joints. The woman up front who took our order was so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be going back soon. I only put 4 stars for atmosphere because they do have an indoor dining area but it’s taken over by the pizza boxes stacked up on the tables. There are two tables just outside but I hope they can open the inside back up soon.

I used to live in Wake Forest and would drive to Rolesville just to get pizza from this place. Now that I live in Rolesville, it’s only a few minutes away, which makes it even better. I usually call ahead and place my order — the service is fine, though they do get busy at times, which is understandable. My pizza is almost always ready right when I arrive to pick it up.
The quality has been consistently good. The pizza is always hot and fresh, and they’re generous with the toppings, especially when I order extra cheese. It’s not the cheapest pizza around, but it’s definitely worth the price for the flavor and quality you get. Leftovers reheat really well in the oven, too.
Overall, a solid local pizza spot that I’ll keep coming back to.

Our absolute favorite pizzeria! This is the closest thing to true New York–style pizza you’ll find around here. The crust is perfectly thin and chewy, the sauce is spot on, and the flavors are always consistent. You can really tell they care about quality and authenticity. We keep coming back and are never disappointed.

Wow! This place is AMAZING! As a full blooded Italian from NY who takes his pizza very seriously, this is hands down the only great pizza place I’ve ever been to in NC. If you want to experience real NY pizza, then you have to try this place! Omg it’s incredible and reminds me of what pizza is suppose to be. Thank you to the owners! Worst pizza in the triangle area. The dough was dry and super hard like cardboard. Can you see how the slices were curled up from being dry? This photo was taken 20 minutes after getting the pizza. The cheese was a really low quality cheese that had no flavor and was leaking grease. This was supposed to be Buffalo Chicken but it looks like they just randomly poured buffalo sauce on the pizza instead of marinating the chicken or seasoning which made it a really weird texture.

The sandwich had an overwhelming amount of spice and peppers, overshadowing the steak, which was scarce. However, the bread was of good quality.

The pizza fared better, being well-cooked with a nice crispiness, minimal grease, and an overall good flavor.
