The pizza is very good, ideal to buy and take home or sit down and have a beer at the bar. From the bar, you can buy food, sit at a table, and buy craft beers at the counter. Sports can be watched on giant screens when there are games. It’s a great place to go when you’re meeting up with some friends. You can also play pinball. Bring some quarter coins, or you can exchange it at a machine for some bills.

Update 10/15/25

Best pizza in the area for sure. Nice thin crust and great toppings. Ordered cheese, xxplosive and pep. I reviewed the buffalo chicken instead of cheese by accident, but decided to give it a try. Didn’t love the buffalo chicken and regretted not bringing up the mistake because we liked the cheese best the last time. Anyway, there is really no bad pizza, just degrees better so all good.

Happy to keep trying their slices and hope to order a full pie at some point so we can try one fresh. I guess cheese will have to the one we get next time!

Happy to keep trying their slices and hope to order a full pie at some point so we can try one fresh. I guess cheese will have to the one we get next time! Let me start by saying that I think the rating would be higher if we bought a fresh whole pie. This review is based on slices. Prefer the NY slices better than the thick square for sure. The square was a little dry for me, but the slice was just right. The options were also limited, so we got a slice of cheese (best of the bunch), and Xxplosive (good, but I’m a simple guy and just pep would have been fine), then the square with pep only. All really good, but plain pep or cheese slices for me next time or will try a whole pie if I can only get my GF to agree on toppings, which probably won’t happen :), so appreciate the slice options. Service was fast and friendly and deserves a few more trips to round out my review.

Heard alot of good things about this spot! Excellent pizzeria with a bar next door which has a large screen tv and a bunch of pinball machines. Cool spot . Now with the food, we ordered a cheese1/2 meatball, came out pipping hot. Service was excellent, staff were very knowledgeable. As much as the round cheese is my go to, we tried their Detroit style, which has a tangy sauce. And was cooked perfectly, tasted amazing great job!Id like to see how the Detroit style sauce pairs with a round pie. The dough was cooked perfectly. We will be back, well worth the trip! thank you!

The SHINING STAR at The Taste of Covina. Their pizza was my favorite thing at the event, I came back for seconds! They have a super yummy spicy honey that they top their pizza with that’s to die for. 10/10 would recommend!

Blown away! I have had a lot of pizza in my time on this floating rock hurling through the void of space, but THIS pizza was outstanding! Definitely ranks as some of the best I’ve had. Will have to come back again for sure. Super nice people and the passion for what they are doing comes through. I enjoyed both a slice of the Deep dish and pep/jalapeno Detroit and new york styles. Both were awesome. Their was almost a slight sweetness to the crust which I think contrasted very well with the sauce and spice. Just an awesome place to go check out if you’re in the area.

Good not great. Not worth the price.

I was super excited to go to this place, planning it over a month. I knew ahead of time it was stupid expensive, but if the pizza was great, i could handle it. It was not. The pizza was overcooked, there were BARELY any toppings on it, and the taste was average. We got the supreme, so like most supremes, you expect toppings. Went back to their social media page. Yea, they put more toppings on the social media than what i received. Seriously like why would you not put an average amount of toppings. This was the least amount of toppings I’ve ever had on a pizza and the cost was insane. Little caesars is better and under $10. I was not impressed.

It was honestly nothing special at all. I would say it’s on par with/lower chain pizza places but at 2-3x the price. Maybe i got a bad one. Idk. For the price, i would skip.

Edit: now I’ll likely never go back, nor recommend others to try due to dumb responses (on here) by the owner. Rather than saying something adult like “hey, sorry it wasn’t great, please give us another try!” They gave some childish, idiotic response “blah blah blah, we’re great bc we have haters.” No, you just make sub average pizza, charge WAY TOO MUCH, and have good social media. You tricked me, congrats. Came back to say more due to owner’s childish response.
P.S. i make pizza at home, and i make better tasting pizza than you and you’re a professional business…

The pizza here is awesome. Fresh ingredients sauce is amazing. Had the “D” Detroit pepperoni pizza was so good. You can’t go wrong with any of the pizzas here a must try. The New York round pizza was excellent great flavor and cooked perfectly nice and crispy.

Outta 5 this place it’s as close to the top as you can possibly get. 9.4 minimum on the Dave Portnoy scale. The pizza was superb. The wings are perfect and the salad is straight fire. It is honestly amazing. It’s an hour from my house and easily worth the drive out.

Look this is the best pizza in so cal. I’m born and raised here and this place is stellar. The competition is non existent as far as I’m concerned.

It’s paired with Arrow Lodge Brewing and they hold their own. It’s a match made in heaven.

Pinball games giant screen for sports. If you want anything more than this, then you’re wrong..

This place is Lit… As we were walking in there was some hip hop music playing. Me and my wife started dancing, and all of a sudden the intercom came on and said “ ay ay ay get it get it” . I thought that was so cool. That set the tone. They serve some good pizza. Their menu has hip hip names for the food they serve. That was creative. We got the pizza with jalapeños on it, when i say it was a burst of flavor, it was. It was so good we bought more. The garlic bread was bomb too, its called “These Knots” . The staff was super cool and even let me stick my IG sticker in the front. The restaurant is joined with the brewery next door which is called Arrow Lodge Brewery, so if you want some beer they have that too. We were there watching the football games. Chill atmosphere.

UPDATE: 1/19/26 I had Paul, the owner of the establishment, reach out after reading my review and offered a pizza on the house. Which I thought was pretty nice of him to do. Just reaching out in general was honestly enough. I reached out to him today, letting him know I’d stop by. He asked what kind of pizza I’d like, informed me to ask for Omar, and he’d take care of me.

I really appreciate the service and fresh pizza. The soda machine was back up. I was willing to pay for the garlic knots, hot honey on the side, sticker, and sodas I ordered as well, but Omar hooked me up. Thank you guys, pizza was great! I’ll be back , most definitely.

‐——————————————————————-

Walked in to grab some pizza and took some single slices that were available, as well as two orders of garlic knots. The soda machine was down. Got to my destination, and pizza was hard as can be. Garlic knots were ok… I probably won’t be back unless it’s to eat pizza there. They are connected with a cool looking brewery.
