Cute Italian restaurant with some decent pizza. I went here during “late” lunch time and there was no wait. They have a lunch special during the week. Plenty of parking in this plaza. The service was a bit slow and I never ended up getting the iced tea I ordered, but the pizza came out fast. For something unique, recommend trying the bacon, spinach and Asiago pizza (white sauce).

Went tonight. Much more impressed than I expected. First, the crust is really outstanding, one of the best ever. Inside was very nice and really cute with the wall painting and Christmas decorations, service was good, prices were very reasonable. Pizza was excellent, though I am not a fan of darker red sauces. Toppings were good. Glad I drove over there to check it out, and probably will go back though unsure how long I’ll be in the area. 20 years is a long time, and they really do have a winner combination. Highly recommend, especially if you like thin cracker crust almost crust. Beautiful wood fired oven as well.

I love this place! Everything is delicious. My favorite is the goat cheese & arugula pizza. I also ordered the carrot cake last time I went, and I enjoyed that.

I didn’t know what asiago was, but now I do. The fettuccine asiago was delightful! I love it much more than alfredo. My friend also knew a secret menu item, rosemary flatbread.

Got dinner for the family to-go. Salad was very fresh (large portion–could be shared with another adult). Kids enjoyed their pizzas as well. Garlic bread is tasty. Staff at the carryout area were very friendly. Great food for the price.

Pie-tanza serves up some solid, flavorful pizza with a good balance of crust, sauce, and toppings. The dough has a nice chew and the toppings taste fresh, though a few slices felt slightly unevenly cooked. The staff was friendly and the vibe is casual and welcoming. It’s a reliable spot for a tasty pizza fix, and I’d go back to try more of the menu.

We were running an errand in Arlington and ended up in this place for dinner. I’m jealous this isn’t a bit closer to my place otherwise I’ll become a regular for sure! The Fried Goat Salad was the highlight, the cheese was perfectly fried, strawberries were fresh, the salad had the right amount of dressing (some places simply put too much) and what you see in the picture is just half the portion (we split one with my wife)! The brick oven Pizza had a great flavor (we had Chicken and Artichoke), and service was quick and friendly. There was a bit of a wait to get a table, but that only tells to how busy it gets and it is worth the wait. Only advise to the owner is to rearrange the tables a bit. There was some lost space and some tables were used to pile up pizza boxes (this makes it look a bit disorganized).

I had the lasagna, which was excellent. And the side garden salad was huge and so fresh! My sons had the primo pepperoni pizza and loved it. I had a bite and can attest to its great taste and quality. The thinly sliced sandwich style pepperoni was under the cheese (which was different), and there was just the right amount of oil drip in each slice. Yum! I grew up in North Jersey, so I know good pizza when I taste it! Perfecto! The clever “window paintings” throughout the restaurant were lovely.

Excellent food here! Really fresh and authentic tasting. We got the garlic bread and the margarita pizza and it was excellent. We finished things off with carrot cake which was also really great. Everyone that interacted with us was very friendly and professional. Service was very quick but not rushed. If I were local I would definitely eat here again.

We visited Pie-Tanza for the first time on an early Saturday evening. Like many reviews, we found the service friendly and quick, which is great for families with young kids. The side order of fries was perfect while we waited for pizza and pasta to arrive. The Sangria was fruity and not too sweet. I like that orders are big enough to share or to have lunch the next day. The spicy sausage pasta does have a small amount of heat, and the pizza topings are fresh. While I didn’t ask to confirm, it looks like a lot of local kids work here, and that is nice to see.
