Fun, welcoming pie and dessert counter. Their many pies, cookies, brownies, and doughnuts are gluten and allergen free as well as reasonably priced. I enjoyed the chocolate doughnut with powdered sugar. The proprietor was friendly and helpful.
It was great to visit this place for dessert after the healthy restaurant next door. They share a small parking lot.

Did not eat at the bakery.
Not a stranger to PieJacked, have always loved the pies. My family wanted one of your blueberry pies for Thanksgiving so we bought frozen from Whole Foods. It was disgusting!! We had to throw it away. No flavor, chalky inside, even the crust was flavorless. It was a waste of $15.00
I am happy I had a different pie to serve. Very disappointing.

It honestly is hard to put into words how much I love coming to this bakery. The food is absolutely amazing and that’s saying a lot since everything is gluten free, dairy free and so much more! . Also the wonderfully nice ladies I’ve met that work there make it even better. They truly care and love their customers. I will never stop raving about this place.

Pie Jacked is an absolute treat — their pies are rich, flavorful, and made with care. Whether you go for a classic flavor or something more creative, every bite tastes homemade and perfectly balanced. It’s also a great spot for those with dietary needs, since they offer gluten-free and allergen-friendly options without sacrificing taste. Friendly staff, cozy vibe, and some of the best pies in Austin — a true hidden gem!

Highly recommend coming earlier in the day or pre-ordering.
We went in the afternoon and they were already sold out of a lot of ready to go treats, but we were still able to try some of them.
The mini-mudpie crusties/cookies were very tasty and buttery/flakey (even though they don’t use butter)
The cookie dough bites were a hit with the kids.
The pumpkin spice coffee cake was very good, but the salted caramel chocolate chip coffee cake was ok (this one tasted like it was top 8 free). The snickerdoodle cookie was very good and soft too.
It felt good to eat at a dedicated gluten-free bakery. I will definitely go back when I’m in town (and may even have my relatives send me some for the holidays!)

Such a good cake! And don’t even get me started on the cherry pie. It was the best cherry pie I’ve ever had. I will absolutely be returning. Quality and taste is not sacrificed here despite being gluten free and dairy free. This is a great option for folks who have intolerances, allergies, and/or celiac disease. Thanks for helping us celebrate a birthday safely *and* deliciously! (note: the cake decorations were purchased separately)

A really lovely shop with great products for those of us with celiac disease or bad gluten allergies. The chocolate chip cookie was my favorite, although their pies are very good. Things are prices quite reasonably – I spent $12 for two mini pies, a cookie, and a brownie. There is one outdoor table with two chairs if you want to snack while you’re there.

A coworker (who knows I’m gluten-free) stumbled on this gem and told me about it. I don’t typically eat gluten-free substitutes but it’s nice to have an option to indulge on occasion. The donuts are more like little round cakes but good none the less. I also snagged a slice of lemon poppy cake which was a bit sweet for me but I was able to stretch it out over a few days because of it. I bought a frozen peach cutie pie for later and am looking forward to it as all other items were delicious.
Note: Be aware that this a small shop and there’s not much seating (one table inside with 3 or 4 chairs and a smaller one outside with 2). We will definitely be returning though!

My daughter has celiac and we are always looking for decent basic bread options. We were both very happy with the rolls and white bread from Pie Jacked! Nice texture and much better than the store bought breads. Definitely recommend stopping in for some breads to go The location is small, and the staff was not very friendly, but the food is good.
