Breakfast all day, good choice.
Pie in the sky chicken salad and chicken veggie soup was good!
Kids Mac and cheese and the grilled cheese was nothing special but a nice snack. Yes we always inspect and taste the food before our kids.
The cake balls were a decent size and price.
Service was nice. Two young ladies doing quite a bit all around.
From what our server said, they have revamped the place.
There’s still quite a bit to do, but there’s a lot of potential!
We did try the Cherry Strudel and Peach cobbler ( I’m a sucker for anything cherry so I can’t give an honest easement )
They do have a breakfast menu but unfortunately we had already eaten so I can’t tell you about that
The staff was really nice and it was a simple in and out . Don’t forget the free stickers
I liked my mine but the peach was … well peach , the price point was nice so you can splurge and not break the bank
This hidden gem was fantastic. The menu has a great variety of options to fit all taste buds. We ordered the Lime Cilantro wrap w/ chicken veggie soup & the Ruben w/ sweet potato fries. The flavors were on point and amazed us at just how delicious it all was. We shared a slice of the Buttermilk Vanilla Pecan pie & it took every ounce of strength not to take a whole pie home.
Please development a location in Mont Belvieu so I can visit more.
Service:
Right from the moment I walked in, the service was friendly, attentive, and fast without ever making me feel rushed. The kind of Southern hospitality that turns a simple meal into a proper experience.
Breakfast (and brunch) delights:
Their breakfast tacos are delicious — well‐seasoned fillings, fresh tortillas, just enough heat and flavor to wake up your palate.
The Down South Biscuits & Gravy is comfort food done right: flaky, buttery biscuits smothered in rich, creamy gravy. It’s the kind of dish that makes you feel home-y, satisfied, and ready for the rest of your day.
Pies & desserts are clearly where their hearts are too:
The Chocolate Cream Pie is a standout. Rich chocolate filling, smooth texture, perfectly balanced sweetness, topped with their homemade whipped cream — it’s indulgence in the best way. (It’s also on their delivery menu, so you can treat yourself even if you’re not dining in. )
The Bumbleberry Pie is also fantastic. The fruity mix is vibrant, the crust is just right (flaky but holds together), and every bite has a nice mix of tart/sweet.
Overall atmosphere/menu:
They have a wide menu covering all-day breakfast, lunch, dessert, etc. You can get everything from breakfast platters and biscuits in the morning, to sandwiches, burgers, pies and sweet treats. Their pies are made in Texas, many of them shipped nationwide, which says a lot about their confidence in their product.
One small note: The restaurant is busy (for good reason!), so if you go during peak morning hours, there may be a short wait. But for what you get — food quality + warm service + delectable pies — it’s totally worth it.
Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) — I’ll absolutely be back for more. Whether it’s for breakfast tacos, biscuits & gravy, or their chocolate cream or bumbleberry pies, Pie in the Sky Pie Co. delivers.
It took an hour and fifteen minutes for my food to come out.I didn’t order anything extravagant a sandwich. Two eggs and a waffle. It’s like, they added some kind of thinner to the syrup. It came out like water. I do not recommend coming to eat here.If you’re just getting a drink and pie, I don’t think it would be that bad. I will not return.
We then turned to the pecan pie and said they both can’t be bad …..well the pecan pie was cut into and immediately showed running like water…So $50 later needless to say what a waste! Buyer Beware !
