This is our absolute favorite pizza place around! Coming from New Jersey, it was hard to find pizza that compared to our hometown pizza shops – until we found Pie Dog. The quality of the dough is unmatched (they use flour from Moxie in Boulder). The toppings are all sourced with intention and highest standards (as do all Balcom concepts, like Farow and Baa Hachi). They do a weekly rotating “Chef’s Pie” which as always been truly delicious.

The pizza is excellent. I enjoy trying different pizza styles and restaurants. The flavor is good with a delicious crust with great texture. I’ve been here multiple times since it opened and will continue to order food here.
Unfortunately the service experience is quite disappointing. I’m never eager to write a poor review on service and/or restaurant workers. However, every time I’ve been the same guy is making pizza and running the register. Each time I order I get a few words and he gives the impression that I’m bothering him by order pizza. It’s bizarre and not a good experience to go there. The food is good and not to have some pride or enjoyment in the work makes for a bland customer experience.
Many of the pizza places I go to have chatty staff, or at least some level of personality to the staff. Like a lot of us, I worked in the food industry when I was younger. My intentions is not to bash the staff, but I would venture a guess that this is a common experience for customers. Hopefully a tweak to the experience will help draw in and keep more customers. The food industry is highly competitive and these things are inportant to do well.
Thankfully the trade off is that the pizza is very good. I highly recommend it.

My fiancée and I had a busy day didn’t get into Co until later. Decided we wanted to go out to eat, we get to the hall and it says open until 10. We get there at 9, and sadly all the food places close at 9 the bar is open until 10. So we go there and look at the menu some things caught our eyes. Well sadly that’s when he proceeded to tell us all the food close at 9. But they can give us 3 free pieces of pizza, a brownie, and to top it off they were trying a new s’mores pizza (it was absolutely absolutely amazing!) and they gave us that as well. When I tell you my fiancée and I were so shocked at the generosity we received. The free food we received as well, even though it was completely our faults for showing up at 9. We will definitely go here anytime we are in Longmont. They are amazing and so kind it’s hard to find that anymore!
Also a plus if you are huge on it everything is organic and all ingredients are from within a 40 mile border. It was amazing pizza best cheese pizza I’ve had, and again the s’mores pizza was phenomenal!

Just discovered that Farrow has pizza! Unbelievably amazing ingredients and taste! We are so very excited to have discovered this new possibility for our busy Niwot family. We love local farm to table restaurants. The salad and pizza I brought home to my family (for the very first time), was an absolute hit! My wife and children took their first bite, followed by absolute faces of bliss! So glad to discover you! Thank you for bringing healthy, amazing pizza and salads to our little Mayberry town! We love you!!!

The restaurant’s name is actually Farow. Their pizza had great crust which was charred just the right amount. The olives on the vegetarian pizza was delicious. The place seems popular within Niwot( or I’ve been living under a rock) but this pizza place is a hidden gem on doordash.
