Fabulous food & lovely people. Lunch was superb. It was so good we had to make room for the most amazing desserts. The pavlova was better than homemade in New Zealand! Thank you to the owners & staff for a memorable lunch. Special teas of all kinds. A Must Do, in Granville!

Excellent!! The cafe and the atmosphere are very cozy. You can see the chef cooking in the kitchen. The staff is also exceptional. I cannot understand any french but they patiently explain everything and recommend a pairing tea with dessert. I have to say the chocolate lava is a must!

If you are in Granville, you should go this place! We stayed in Granville for 6 days and we visited Pirocrette 2 times. A various range of sophisticated teas, very nice cakes and tarts. (Pavlova aux fraises, lemon tart , and scones were super super delicious. Another dat we had lunch here, as thier loves sweets, the lunch was also great. Not only the food very friendly owner and the staffs. I DO RECOMMAND PICORETTE! WE LOVED IT SO MUCH!

Amazing local bakery + tea-house where everything they serve is homemade. They make all of their food/deserts from scratch, individually, for each order. They also have a HUGE tea selection!
The only slight draw-backs are that they do not have an English menu, but their waitresses are very sweet and will help translate the menu for you and give you recommendations. Honestly, the deserts are to die for. You probably couldn’t go wrong even if you just randomly picked anything off the menu.

Tea heaven according to my girlfriend the tea drinker she loved the tea. Nice to get small sample when we arrived food is very nice too. We allways rate the tiramisu and this one gets a 8. Its home made the taste is good but the ladyfingers can be improved. The texture of the ladyfingers and liquid is not completely there improving this wil make it a 9

Fantastic lunch sitting outside. Freshly made, delicious food, good wine and excellent service. Very friendly helpful staff. They also have an excellent selection of tea and jams. I strongly recommend a visit if you are in Granville!

My wife and I tried Picotette on a whim one morning in Granville and we were absolutely bliwn away by everything!
Though we’re both usually coffee drinkers, we went with Maté and Mint teas with our delicious quiches – all fabulous! We also had some sweet treats… When in rome, and all that! My wife had the creme brulee, which was very nice, but i almost had a religious experience with the clafouti – do not miss this! Food and drinks, spot on, and the wait staff wete betond accomodating for us and our poor level of speaking French. Cannot recommend enough!

Wow! It’s not often you get decaf as good as the ordinary coffee. We also had scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam, which were amazing. Worth going a little out of your way for a visit!

We are coming back every year since 2015 to this nice cafe and are never disappointed. Food is simple but tasty made with fresh quality products.The staff is nice, discrete and so rare in France, they have a friendly smile all along the service. Great choice of teas and a very knowledgeable owner. Loved the scones and great matcha tea (almost as good as in Japan). Longing to come back next year – Remember to book in advance as it is very popular.
