This place was formerly Baja Grill. Located in the Elwood Shopping Center next to Carvel. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Public Restrooms. Price point was a little high. Food was OK. Fish Tacos had a lot of slaw and not so much fish. I had to put hot sauce on my Philly Taco to add a little flavor. Coconut shrimp was good. Staff was nice. Credit cards accepted. No complimentary chips and Salsa. Overall this place is Ok.

Thank you to the owner for responding. We look forward to giving your place another try.

So we went here in Fall of 2020 and it was a decent meal and pretty much worth the money. A year later I wonder what the heck happened. This the most flavorless “Mexican” food I may have ever had. The pico is basically just diced tomato. The rice is low quality and is total mush. No flavor to the beans. No flavor to the guacamole.

We got our food to go but decided to sit. I’m glad we did because not only did the teenager working forget my sides of guacamole and sour cream, but the side of pico we got had the LONGEST MOST DISGUSTING HAIR in it. I brought it up to the teenager working and he didn’t even apologize. Like, c’mon. Just apologize. It was repulsive.

Never coming back :/

Edited to add that everyone was very unfriendly – no hello, welcome, thank you, have a nice day. No masks either.

Ample parking lot, Handicapped accommodations, there is a bar in the back, we had margaritas, they tasted ok, the service was fast and cordial, we had birria tacos, they were ok, and the quesadilla was really good, it was not that expensive, it was a bit crowded for Saturday night.

Great food and nice pricing too. Good ratio of all the ingredients for their tacos and their specials really make for a filling meal.

Large portions and friendly service. The food was decent. I had a Chipotle-style burrito bowl as my entree and the salsa sampler as an appetizer. The chips were of good quality and the dips were passable but not outstanding. The portions are pretty large overall.

Get the loaded tater tots, they are amazing. I got the Chicken salad and it had so much chicken I couldn’t finish it. My son got the spice vegetarian and the Californian tacos and said they were very good. We had to rush a bit because we went in about 30 minutes to closing and didn’t want to keep the staff late. The service was quick.

This place is top notch. EXCELLENT food and really cool twists on classic dishes. Not only that, EVERY time I order from here, and let’s face it there’s been a lot of takeout lately, my order comes EXACTLY the way I ordered it. I’ve never had anything missing or anything wrong. EVER. Anyone who’s ever ordered delivery knows how frustrating that is. These people make great food and they pay attention. If I could give 6 stars I would. Go eat here.

My family loves Pico! Every time we have been there we get an incredible meal. I love the fish tacos they are the best! We enjoy all the food , as well as the Margaritas. The Brussels sprouts are out of this world! I really love the entrees here , prices are so good. We will be regulars at Pico. Excellent food, wonderful atmosphere and great service!

First time visit, food was absolutely delicious, though not price comparable to former Baja Grill.
Only issue is no complimentary chips on table, though there are 2 containers of salsa. Even a small bowl would give that extra touch. Must pay extra for chips.
Server Monique was very friendly and helpful.
Will def return…

Came here with great expectation because of the rating. The guacamole and chips which is a basic at any Mexican restaurant was really sad. The chips tasted of oil and the guacamole had no flavor… I’ve never had guacamole with lettuce in it before either!
The drinks… Virgin pina colada was not the best either. Beans weren’t really seasoned, the mixed or flavored rice was not fully cooked either though that did have flavor in it. The good thing out of all that we ordered was the fish tacos, the fish was quite good. All in all a very disappointing experience!
