For the uninitiated, this is Venezuelan comfort food done right. The sancocho is slow-simmered, deeply comforting, the kind of stew you don’t rush. The cachapas, sweet ground-corn pancakes folded over warm, melty cheese, finished with crème fraîche, rich, and memorable. My wife went with BBQ steak — tender, well-seasoned, and exactly what you want from a team that knows its grill. And yes, the arepas are non-negotiable. It’s hard not to root for Christian, the owner. You feel his enterprising spirit in the food, the hospitality. How soon until he takes on an inside restaurant?

Wow, the food was absolutely amazing! The tostones with chicharrón were perfectly crispy and flavorful, and that gravy poured on top of everything… wow, next level! Every bite was packed with flavor. I truly enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely be back again. And the pico de gallo was fresh and delicious — the perfect touch!

Hidden paradise, incredible service, large fresh portions with high quality meats and amazing flavor. Was offered two samples of sancorcho de costilla which was so flavorful. This is a treasure we drove from Cooper City and will be back. This place is 5 star ALL THE WAY! The seating area is well decorated, equipment with food fans amd all. Super impressed .

Decided to try this place while on vacation a couple nights ago – and SO glad that I did. Met the owner/manager who was very welcoming and helped with suggesting/description of things.
Ordered the Arepa Pico E Gallo and WOW – one of the best things I have eaten! The steak itself (inside the arepa) has amazing flavour own its own, but all together with the other ingredients in the arepa is delicious!
So good that I just had to go back again before I left town.
