Worst food I have ever ordered for delivery! This is the Ham and cheese sub they sent!!! One slice of ham! Loaded up on banana peppers though and I didn’t order those. My husbands Italian sub had three pieces of meat and the pepperoni pizza was under cooked and chewy! Absolutely disgusting!!! So sad as I thought we were getting our food from the 1250 Maple Ave, Zanesville, OH 43701 location which has the best subs we have ever eaten. Not sure if I’ll go back to that one knowing how bad their store up the road is! Headed to Michael’s to pick up diner. Could not eat what Picnic sent! Absolutely horrible!!!!!!!!

I ordered a couple slices of Sicilian today and as always it hit the spot. The sauce is light and flavorful and the crust is crispy and fluffy, and the slices have just the right amount of cheese. The staff is always friendly as well!

Places an order online and was scheduled for pick up at 6:40pm. The hours on here say they are open until 7:30pm. Paid for the order the took the money from our account. My son goes to get it and they said they canceled the order because they closed early. Now I’m left with no dinner for the family and on the hunt again short my $50 dollars they took. Guess I will have to believe the other location that I will get my money back in 2-3 days. Can’t trust their business hours so not sure I trust them but I’ll be watching my account. Never will place another order with this company.

Owner made a negative comment to my wife about using a debit card to pay for 2 drinks for herself & my daughter. He publicly said “I’m losing money because of you” Ironically, she asked him if she could use her card before she asked for the drinks. And the man said “Yes”! He waited until the employee ran the card to talk negative…Terrible customer service, you’re losing money because of it, NOT because of processing fees

This pizza place was always my favorite growing up so whenever I’m in town I like to stop in. Unfortunately this will be my last time supporting this business as I watched them handling money and then the food with no gloves at all. Absolutely disgusting!
