Came here for early dinner on Saturday, timing was great, only a few groups already seated. Once you’re seated you go get your meats and veggies as well as cooked dishes from the bar area. They also have a wide variety of sauces. We tried almost every cut of beef, pork, and chicken. The best was marinated beef short ribs. The spicy beef and pork were good too when wrapped with the Korean lettuce. Strict 90 min all you can eat. Only take whatever you can eat, take small portions so you can try everything! Love how staff comes and changes your grill and takes away your plates pretty frequently

Cook ya own delicious food. Great price. The waitress work as if they know they not getting tipped cause your making your own food and getting it yourself. They aren’t rude they just don’t care about you. Other than that your clothes will smell funny for the rest of the night but like I said great price. Great food. It’s an experience. Minimum help waitresss and smoke smell in food and clothes.

Value for your money YES. For a group of 4, we spent 200 for the buffet dinner that includes 2 bottles of soju already.

Love coming here with big groups! They have a great selection of food to grill and cook. Always enjoyed this spot. It’s great to take family from out of town too.

If you are up for a bountiful meal better this is the place to go. Love the freshness of the raw food choices and how they marinate some to taste mouth watering. You need to be creative on how you choose your sauce for dipping and mix your vegetables to create a tastier lettuce wrap. They have soup options and cooked food too with drinks and fruit or ice cream desserts.

A really good dining experience for Korean BBQ in Flushing! Plenty of meat, veggies, sides, and sauce. The staff is very attentive too, changing out the grill every 15 minutes or so. We also got a great supply of lettuce to wrap the meat in.

First off, let me start off with this, Picnic Garden BBQ needs “MAJOR” improvements!! I came to the restaurant with good expectations, and thinking this restaurant offers some decent quality food at a good price. However, it was bad quality food, expensive price, and mediocre service. When I entered the restaurant, the first thing I noticed was there were no prices to be shown. In addition, it was dinner only prices at lunch time and the staff never informed us. I ended up paying a bill at around $105 for two for a weekday lunch!!! For the food, it was very mediocre and definitely not worth the price. The staff was not very helpful as we had to ask for water multiple times and I had to walk up to pay the check. Furthermore, when paying the bill, the staff circled/emphasized the need to pay a 18-20% tip. Overall, I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a good Korean BBQ place.

I love the food and the cookers over there. But the waiters are something else. I had gone before and it was okay until i went yesterday. They didnt at all come to my table (which the place was empty) i was asking for soda menu, to get lettuce (never arrived) and other people didn’t need to ask but i was okay with that. But in the end I left a tip, it wasn’t a big one to be fair but equal service equal tip. I left but they chased me down and told me it was BY LAW that i have to tip them better. If not i would be running out on my bill. The page itself said it was suggestion but never mandatory, i explain what happen and the lady was very persistent about it and would not let me leave until i gave them more. Love the food, but the service people not so much

Went there for our first indoor dining since the restriction was lifted. On a Saturday, the place was only a quarter full on a Saturday at 4pm. It started to get half full by 6pm. Waiters will serve you the selections you choose instead of self-service. Table seatings have been spaced out to accommodate the 6ft distance rule. Nice to be dining indoors again. Even the ice cream desserts are Hershey’s brand so it’s pretty decent quality. Place is clean, staff are friendly and food is bang for your buck at $21 for lunch & $35 for dinner on weekends (all you can eat).

I’ve been there a few times. Generally weekdays between noon to 4 pm. We have never had a wait. We went in a group. There is a time limit of an hour for larger groups but for smaller groups it’s the usual 1.5 hours. The food is cooked at the table, you go pick out the meats that you would like to barbecue. While you wait for the food to cook, they do have already cooked items so you’re not starving
