My neighbor suggested that I drive “over the hill” and try this place. I had driven by it before and had no idea it was this big. Very family friendly.
Try the deep fried cheese and zucchini sticks. Steak and eggs was excellent.
Don’t forget to ask for Daisey. She is amazing. She is such a positive and upbeat person. She made my day.

I’ve been coming to pickles for a long time now. They have a large menu so if you want breakfast or lunch/dinner you are covered. I’ve had the chicken and waffles which is delicious. I’ve also had the corned beef hash which was really good too. This time my fiance and I shared the triple decker turkey sandwich on a croissant with steak fries. We also shared matza ball soup (not pictured but always delicious and a favorite of mine). I also stopped at the bakery on the way out and got a chocolate brownie. It was incredible. So fudgey and delicious i was in heaven!!!!

Decent place to eat, not bad, not great. I had pancakes, bacon, sausage, and an egg. My only complaint would be the lack of attention by the server/hostess. I had to get up and ask for water and silverware on two separate occasions. Other than that…too many options in the area, probably won’t be back.

For a local deli in a small town, the food is very good. I’ve had many things on the menu and been relatively pleased every time. No one in my family complains about their food and they all seem to enjoy it. The price is right for what you get. There is nothing specific that I’d recommend as everything I’ve had is okay, but I’ve also had better.
However, their desserts are a bit underwhelming which is a shame since desserts are usually my favorite part of a deli. The cream in their eclairs is not good. My daughter, who eats almost anything sweet, wouldn’t even eat it… it’s only the second dessert I’ve ever seen her turn down in her entire life. I’ve tried their cheesecakes, which were okay, but not great. Their cupcakes were very basic and uninspiring. The frosting was mediocre, I believe it was a basic American buttercream.
Worth the money, but probably skip the desserts, they look better than they taste.

Superb deli restaurant with extensive menu, and relaxed comfortable atmosphere. Deli sandwiches are exceptional, and service is friendly and fast. All the food we’ve had here over many visits has always been wonderful.

I hate to post negative comments about restaurants and the food but this is unacceptable on so many levels. Although the size of this roast beef sandwich was massive, you can clearly see that the meat is not fresh. It was multi colored and had a smell and very bad taste. It was not fresh at all and the meat had been sitting around in the walk in for some time.
This is what I would expect from a restaurant that has 500 things on the menu. You can’t expect everything to be done well when you do so many different things. The menu is out of control and overwhelming just to thumb through.
The soup was good I will say. Great flavor and loved the veggies in it.
