Can’t really speak for service and atmosphere, as I doordashed both orders.
Overall, I liked the quality of my food. My sandwich, the Turkey Bacon Club, was well made. It tasted fresh, and the bread was soft and chewy. I absolutely love their pickles and their ranch. I will say the portions were a bit small. I got the Broccoli Cheddar soup, and enjoyed it as well, not the best broccoli cheddar I’ve had but certainly not bad.

I was in Oklahoma to visit a friend and wanted to try a restaurant we don’t have in Arkansas.
Sadly, Pickleman’s is not at all what I thought it would be. One of the guys that takes the orders at the start of the line was not friendly. I ordered a half #1 sandwich and for almost $6 it was small and not good. I also ordered a kids Pizza Guy, I was told it would have marinara sauce. It did not it was just a dry, no taste “sandwich” with pepperoni and cheese. I assumed the kids meal came with a size and I asked for a macaroni (and said I didn’t mind paying if there was a little uncharge. The sandwiches came out, but no macaroni. I asked if the side was supposed to come with the kids meal I had already paid for. The girl wasn’t sure. All I know is I paid about $6 for a small thing of macaroni that was not good.
Altogether I paid right at $23 for food that was thrown away because it had no flavor and the sandwiches were dry.
This is definitely my first and last time at a Pickleman’s.

I finally tried this place!! Nathan and Gordon (?) you guys are hands down the best!! Long story short…at an unfamiliar work address,used location button, located me a house over. Not knowing I tracked my order,seen it was delivered, called store to let them know I think it was delivered to the wrong address. Delivery guy is most awesome, told me he had took a pic of where he had taken it,as the neighbor nodded as if it were their order. These guys were over understanding!!! I can’t thank you guys enough for understanding and coming right back out literally!! Ooh, and the pickles!! I definitely see why they are called Pickleman’s!! They are to die for.

Usually don’t do reviews but this was just a bad experience in general. Walked in and the staff barely noticed. Told two separate people what I wanted on my sandwich and still had to take off the things I asked to not come on it. Lady at the register was on her phone the whole time and barely doing her job and the staff was running around screaming like little kids. No wonder they’re dead

Had the Cuban tell them light mustard must of put half bottle on mine. A hold was place on card for 14.50 sandwich cost 11.95 not worth it. But hope someone not adding a tip because it says adjusted.

Extremely slow service and employees who clearly don’t care. Standing around while orders pile up, no sense of urgency at all. Felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason they’re there. If you’re in a hurry or expect decent service, don’t bother.
