This location has the WORST service. The line is very slow because of the incompetence behind the counter. The woman taking orders acted like she was being bothered, was hateful, and couldn’t remember anything relevant to the order. For example, I said “avocado Cobb, no bacon.” This preference was NOT relayed to the person making the salad so bacon was added. We could see this happening and interrupted to remind them there was to be no bacon on the salad. The worker was annoyed and proceeded to pick the veggies out of the bacon ridden salad and put them on another ‘fresh’ salad. (See photo) Total order time: 15 minutes at the counter…another five waiting for other food to come out. I’m sorry if workers are having a bad day, but it’s not fair to let that affect your work. Nice been coming to this location since it opened. I WILL NEVER RETURN.

Ordered online for take out window pickup. The order was quick and ready, but they said I had to come in to get it. I told them I placed it online and it was for me, not Door Dash. They said it came in as DD. Got it home, boy into it and tasted bread and lettuce; opened sandwich up and barely found the meat, cheese or bacon. Bread was good, flavor was good, but as far as meats and cheese- not pressed. Jersey Miles is much better and you get more meats. I moved some toppings around so you could see the bacon. This was a Turkey bacon provolone sub w/ lettuce e & cucumbers.

This is a good fast casual sandwich shop. While a chain, the feeling is of a local eatery. Their menu is sandwich heavy – as one would expect; but they have wonderful mac ‘n’ cheese and pizzas. They have two soup options (although the broccoli cheddar soup recipe has changed as of this review; it’s more watery than creamy now). Staff is typically friendly and helpful. Ingredients are always fresh. It is a bit on the pricier side for a sandwich shop, but worth it from time to time.

I literally stumbled upon this place while looking for a bite to eat in the area. I had a great experience at Pickleman’s Gourmet Cafe, and I’m so glad I found it. I was greeted nicely and had a pleasant ordering experience at the counter. I ordered the #5 Turkey Bacon Club. All sandwiches are toasted, and after they pass through the large oven, you can add whatever fixin’s you enjoy on your sandwich/sub. I made it a combo and got chips and a drink. Apparently, they give you a complimentary freshly baked cookie, too. My sandwich was delicious and flavorful, and I’ll definitely be returning when I’m in the area.

I overheard a lady call my order wierd : / I got a soup and a pickle. For a place called picklemans I didn’t think it’d be weird to try their pickles because it was my first time. Soup came with bread and it was awesome bread, can’t lie, and the pickle was great. Everything tasted good, super fresh and hot, I really liked my food. Just didn’t appreciate that comment, I know food service is hard but please don’t say stuff like that when you’re in front of customers who could hear you it’s really disheartening.

I eat here regularly because I love the food but on my visit tonight Carl & Dalani knocked it out of the park. Wanted to try something different and they were super helpful and accommodating while we tried to decide. Not to mention, I’m a pretty picky orderer and they got everything right!!

So i ate here last nite and got the cafe club at 946pm. The staff was professional and nice to take my order so close to closing time. My sandwich was outstanding and was large esp for $8.99. Just wanted management to know and that it is very appreciated.

I’m so glad I finally tried Pickleman’s today. I thought the food was excellent. I had the Italian Club sandwich on wheat and it was wonderful. I also tried the tomato soup, which was very tasty. I will definitely go again and recommend it. Much more than a sub shop and the food is so much better. I don’t understand the comments on the size as I thought the food sizes were just fine – especially when ordering a soup and sandwich. Again, glad I went!
