If I could give 0 stars I would. Came through the drive thru around 7:00 pm on Sunday Nov 9. Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza that I had to personally bake at my house because my goodness I could not eat what these kids gave me. Had employees sitting on the dirty floor by the Soda fountain and kids chilling in the lobby. Do we not train employees at this place or what because I don’t think it’s that hard to place a pizza on a rack and wait for it… Do better.

My husband and I are sandwich people and we thought we would try this place out. The sandwich is good but they are quite small. I think my husband could have eaten 4 of them. I also wouldn’t recommend eating there because their tables and not great. Like every time we touched the table it would sway back and forth.

Terrible pick up service every time. The employees act like you don’t exist. There were 7 employees working today and none would acknowledge me. Stood there for 10 min while my food was sitting there getting cold. This has happened multiple times before. Put down your phones. Don’t wander to the back when there are customers to be helped.

They don’t put anything on their sandwiches. I’ve tried 3 different ones, all the same, no meat, cheese is so thin you can’t even see it. Bread is so big and dry. The sandwich is just dry, like eating hard dry bread and lettuce. Terrible for size and cost. Small over 10 dollars. Never go again.

Ordered 3 sandwich meals, a mac and cheese bowl, and a single whole pickle… they forgot my pickle (literally the one thing I was excited about on this hot day). Other than that the food was good, I might have to get a Mac bowl for myself if there’s a next time, the BBQ pulled pork mac and cheese bowl looked more filling that my #6 toasted sandwich…

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered the Italian beef and tuna sandwiches and it took roughly 15 minutes for them to make and then they didn’t give me the auju’s that was supposed to come with it, nor the side of peppers I ordered (that they charged me $4 for), so I went back in to get these items, they stated they put the peppers on the sandwich, when I asked for them to be on the side, so they remade the sandwich, but only after they made everyone elses order that was in line. The manager didn’t apologize after I waited an additional 15 minutes. I get home and the tuna sandwich had NO tuna, no cheese. If I could give zero stars I would.
