We called in our order ahead of time. They were very helpful in expediting our order and having it ready shortly after we arrived.
We were in a bit of a time crunch so we appreciated that.
This store is very clean and well kept And the staff was very nice and helpful.
My wife and I both had the Italian sandwich on wheat bread and I added jalapeños to mine.
Both of us thought the bread was absolutely fantastic and the sandwich was very, very good.
I think this is the closest location to our house in Lee’s Summit, so it’s quite a drive. But it was worth it. Pickleman’s was just great!!
We will most definitely be back when we’re in the area to try other sandwiches!

Stopped for lunch and chose to done in and as usual service was great staff was friendly and quick. However, they let the phone just ring over and over and over. And it’s so obnoxiously LOUD, it got very annoying very quick to the point we decide to eat quickly and leave. I could understand if it were super busy and they didn’t have time but there was literally only one other person in the store who was already sat down and eating. Watched the staff stand there talking to each other while ignoring it and even heard the lady say they just needed a voicemail. If you’re not going to answer, at least put the phone on do not disturb or turn the ringer down so it’s not so grating on the ears.

First time in. The owner was friendly as he helped us choose what to order. The bread was delicious. The flavor combinations were a little different than I was expecting but good. The malt vinegar chips are sweeter than regular salt and vinegar, so just be warned of that if you’re expecting the regular salt and vinegar flavor. Again, different, but very good.

Will not order again. There is no sauce on the pizza. They didn’t knock I finally looked and a cold pizza sitting on the floor outside of my door. Can’t even eat it. There is no sauce on it. And I didn’t order thin crust. Waste of 20 bucks I couldn’t afford in the first place. Thanks a lot

The pizza is light and airy with a crisp to the crust. Close to the best pizza I’ve had. They added garlic bread to our order that we didn’t ask for but it’s ok because it was yum.

It’s my first time going here. I had excellent customer service. The food is absolutely delicious! I tried the BBQ chicken and I loved it. My boyfriend tried the meatball and was in love. A friend of mine tried the salads and loved them. They took the proper sanitation habits. I enjoyed the food and will be dining here again. If you are into something different, Picklemans offers pizza. The soups sound delicious. I thought that they would be a little busier because of the intersection that it’s at.

Picklemans in Waldo is a great late night snack in the area (& for lunch/dinner). The order said it would take 45 minutes and I got it sooner that that.
My favorite pizza: 1/2 BBQ Chicken Pizza and 1/2 Chicken Giardiniera Pizza on cauliflower crust…amazing! I have also tried many of their salads and have never been dissatisfied. My favorite is the Walnut Cranberry Salad because it is super fresh and has large chunks of walnuts, cranberries, and blue cheese mixed in. Don’t forgot to order a pickle!

Very rude night shift. Here at 11:00 at night 12/13/21 and the staff was very unpleasant. First of all, playing trash music with curse words. Very unresponsive to customer. Didn’t greet and act as if it was a hassle to take my order. This is my first time eating at this specific location. If you don’t like your job I get it but for both team members to be very rude was disrespectful. For an $8 small sandwich with no drink or chips included you would think that you would be happier to have customers that support the business and allow for you to be employed. I sat and ate inside. They cursed the whole time and I’m sure they whispered to each other about the comment I made about them having attitudes toward laid customers. They need seriousl guidance and coaching from a manager. Very unprofessional and I won’t be coming back ever. I didn’t even get my pickles and they shut the whole restaurant down at 11:15. Westport location.

TERRIBLE! Charged me for food I didn’t get. 1 item I bought they said they don’t even carry it – so why was I able to purchase it online? Didn’t put my cookies etc in the order. I spent $40 got $20 worth of food. Maybe. On top of all of that they refused to fix it in the store. I was told to come back when the GM is there are you kidding me?! Will be my last time
