The service I received today was truly disheartening! I ordered the #5 with a bowl of tomato bisque through delivery. Upon receiving my food, I noticed tomato soup in the bottom of the bag, on the sandwich and now on my table (someone failed to plastic wrap it). I called the “manager” to ask to refund only my $6 soup, when she put me on hold for 5 minutes with zero explanation. I called again and asked for an update as I’ve been on hold for 5 minutes. She proceeds to get an attitude with me and states, “I’m TRYING to help you but it’s busy! I need to know your name and address” I then asked “why did you not ask me those questions before putting me on hold for 5 minutes…. If that information was needed to assist me?” She then proceeds to tell me “I will not help you if you continue to get an attitude with me”. Mind you, I have not raised my voice or cursed at this point. I ask her “Do I need to come up there for my refund? What’s your name by the way?” The “manager” proceeds to laugh and say “you’ll need to come up here to find out”. So I did just that, I drove to the store for a FULL refund at this point. In person, she also refused to give me a refund and says “I need to come back and speak with the GM.” A team member had to phone another manager to override the system and give me a full refund.

We stopped in for some evening munchies after watching the Chiefs game in Westport. Garlic cheese bread was devoured by the whole table. Even the Gluten-free pizza crust was a hit. Shout out to JT! He was inviting & accommodating. I can see why he is a key manager. His customer obsession is apparent as he went above and beyond to create an inviting and enjoyable experience. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

I ordered 2 sandwiches, ( one toasted one not) , a box of cookies, 2 drinks, 3 bags of chips .. total was almost $60.00.. asked for delivery.. I was only .02 miles away from them.. I paid a 5.00 tip in advance.. it took an hour to receive my order.. the sandwiches were the size I would have feed to a 7 year old..and they toasted both sandwiches which one had mayo on it, chips were stale and hard as a rock , .. the drinks barley had ice in them and watered down to the point I didn’t even drink them and the cookies were horrible
