The first time I came here 2 months ago I had a great experience with the man at the front counter who went above and beyond. Then 2 weeks ago a girl lied, saying they no longer provide the kids meal in-store. She had a weird demeanor like she thought it was funny and doing this on purpose. Kids meals were removed online a while ago, however in store it’s available and she refused to let me get them and forced me to spend extra for my kids who ended up wasting food. Today I chose a different location and guess what I got kids meals! I won’t be back at this location because of her dishonesty.

Now I know why it’s their signature appetizer — because it’s super delicious and fulfilling. I don’t have to trek to Woodland Hills anymore and pay twice as much.

Pick up your phone and search for something else because this was simply horrendous. Cashier was very knowledgeable and customer service was great. The true problem lies in the cooking. I ordered a kung Pao chicken with chow main and an egg roll. the noodles were way over cooked and doused in a sweet sauce and lots of oil. I have never seen soggy breaded kung pao chicken with hoisin sauce and no nuts!.. not appetizing. As far as looks and customer service goes this place is 4 out of 5 but in terms of food quality (what really matters) it’s a 1. First time coming here in a while and unfortunately my last. Not worth the price.

These people are out of their minds having the a.c.on or just too cheap to have on the heater..people want a nice cozy place to enjoy their meals. It’s the middle of winter probably 50 degrees outside and even colder inside of this place. And the portions are small for the price…not a good experience. Not to mention the food is mediocre. The rice is hard and cold.

I have never had a bad experience with pick up sticks costumer service. This includes this one. The cashier in front is always so kind and always offers extra things to make it a comfortable experience. He’s not shy to talk. The food is also great. Almost everything is really good, I haven’t had a dish below a 7/10 in my opinion. I would highly recommend the fire cracker tofu, for people who like a little bit of glaze and spice
