Had a surprisingly great experience grabbing food at Pick Up Stix inside LAX. For an airport restaurant, this spot definitely stands out. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quick — perfect if you’re trying to eat something real before a flight instead of settling for a random snack.

They had a solid selection of Asian-inspired dishes — everything from orange chicken to noodles and veggies that actually tasted freshly made. You can tell they care about quality even though it’s in a high-traffic airport environment.

What really caught my attention was their drink selection. They have a good lineup of beers, and the prices were honestly impressive for an airport. $8 for a cold beer at LAX? That’s a win. Most other places charge nearly double, so it felt fair and made the meal even better.

Overall, Pick Up Stix at LAX is a great spot to relax, have a quality meal, and enjoy a beer before your flight. Friendly staff, good food, and fair prices — can’t ask for much more at an airport restaurant. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re flying through LAX.

had an excellent experience dining at Pick Up Stix inside LAX Airport. For an airport restaurant, this location truly exceeded expectations in both quality and value. The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared quickly — a perfect combination for travelers looking for something satisfying before or between flights.

Pick Up Stix offers a wide range of Asian-inspired dishes, including fan favorites like orange chicken, teriyaki bowls, fried rice, and noodles. The ingredients tasted fresh and well-seasoned, not overly salty or greasy like you sometimes find at airport spots. The portions were generous, and the presentation was great, especially considering how busy the terminal can get.

One of the standout features of this location is the beer selection. They offer several options on tap and in bottles, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable — only $8 per beer, which is a great deal compared to most airport bars and restaurants. It’s rare to find such a fair price for alcohol at LAX, and it really added to the overall positive experience.

The staff was friendly, efficient, and attentive despite the constant flow of travelers. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, with plenty of seating and quick service that still felt personal. It’s a great spot to relax, enjoy a freshly prepared meal, and have a cold beer before boarding.

Overall, I highly recommend Pick Up Stix at LAX to anyone looking for quality food, great service, and fair prices while traveling. Whether you’re in a rush or have time to unwind, this place delivers excellent value and a great taste of comfort right in the middle of the airport. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I fly through Los Angeles.

I was real hungry the food but the spot would definitely recommend.

Ok place to eat at LAx . The staff is very attentive and friendly . The food is delicious, but too oily . Reasonable price for airport food court. No complains

The food it self is giving average food court vibes. Nothing too special but if you’re at the airport and grab this, it’ll do. The menu says they have shrimp but that’s incorrect.

The service is great though, very friendly staff willing to answer all questions and help you get most bang for your buck.

The food looks nice at first glance, but don’t let it fool you. It tasted like nothing and was just a whole bunch of oil. Disappointing overall.

Ugh the worst food ever. Cold, tasteless and disgusting. I got house chicken with bourbon chicken fried rice and noodles. Noodles were so sticky and tasteless and lumpy mushy. Eww don’t eat it here please. Save that $20 and go somewhere else to eat. I made that mistake and will never ever eat here again.
The lady on cashier is so mean. She did not even give me napkin or fork for my food and instead rolled her eyes when I asked for one.
I got food today and had to post it how awful this place is.

I’m a foodie. This place by far the worst fast food Asian restaurant I’ve ever eaten at!! They must not get a lot of customers. We had the bourbon chicken, the orange chicken, curry, fried rice & noodles. The meat dishes has an “old/ stale taste” to it. The noodles were overly soggy. Everything was overly sweet, too. Panda Express would be rated a 10 compared to this so called “Asian cuisine.” Never would I try this again or recommend it to anyone. Having flown in from Hawai’i, we were hungry & had a 2 hour layover. Thought we would try some Asian food. Wrong choice & waste of money. The kids didn’t even want to eat it, ended up throwing half of it away. We just couldn’t eat it anymore regardless of how much sriracha sauce we out on it.

They could easily provide vegan options, but they choose to add fish or oyster sauce to everything instead. No vegan option. Please add some, it’s LA In 2026, this is just silly. Staff was nice tho

Tasteless and expensive Asian food. I would have rather throw away $52 than eat this horrid food.
