Extremely disappointed and grossed out!! This was not my first time going here. I stopped at Picc’s for a small chocolate fudge brownie cone last night. They were close to closing, but the young girl took my order, very kind of her. However, when I took a bite into my icecream my mouth was met by a very long, blonde human hair that was wrapped into the scoop! It’s mind blowing how some of these shops that serve food, don’t have their staff wearing hairnets, or baseball caps to protect this happening. Absolutely disgusting! I gave my last donation, I will not be returning!

Picc’s is an amazing place & every working is so kind and friendly & accommodating, I love their coffee flavors so much – Toffee Nut is my favorite & sometimes the cold foam button isn’t there to click on door dash, but they put it on for me because it’s just so good !!! I love it there and the staff is awesome, highly recommend!!!!

Always a great experience for the sweet tooth. Awesome CMP sundaes, forever friendly service with a smile and excellent pricing for what you get. Oh, and don’t let me forget to mention the endless selection. There is continual traffic in and out of the parking lot, which speaks volumes of what people think. Be sure to give it a whirl.

I have been coming to this location since I was little and the names might have changed, but they always serve great ice-cream. The drive through is very convenient if you don’t want to leave the car but theres outside windows like I remember from my childhood.

Decent ice cream, slightly elevated price point for what you get. One of the only ice cream shops I’ve ever seen that has a drive thru! There is a massive list of flavors but unfortunately they don’t cover up seasonal or sold out varieties. My first two choices weren’t available for these reasons. Please consider marking which are and aren’t available!

We had a five-star drive thru experience followed by a three-star one, so I averaged the two. To start, the ice cream itself is fantastic. The service, however, looks like it depends on the night. A few weeks ago, it was packed, but you wouldn’t know it with how fast and perfectly you got your ice cream. The girl at the window was so sweet. We didn’t even hesitate to tip. Tonight, we waited almost 20 minutes with only one car in front of us, only to find three girls laughing at the window and our order had been melting on the counter the entire time. We were handed the visibly dripping ice cream and I had to ask for napkins, as we weren’t offered any. Delicious ice cream, inconsistent staff.

Used to love this place,they have ice cream sandwiches, pints to go and a good variety of hard ice cream however their version of Italian ice is not up to par for me the syrup they put on the shaved ice really tastes just like sugar water, I’ve had mango, cherry and watermellon ice from pics and they all taste the same which is very disappointing compared to other local establishments Italian ice.

Picc’s has been one of our go-to ice cream spots for a while.
Love the flavors of the hard ice cream, great selection of toppings, cones, etc.
However, lately, we’ve had the same issue…order an ice cream with Reese’s Pieces Candies and each time have received Reese’s PB Cup instead. Wouldn’t necessarily be a bother, but when the order is repeated 2 or 3 times and it’s read back properly, it’s frustrating when you get the order and it’s wrong.
The girls at the window handing the orders have been great in giving the proper candy topping, but, it should be right at the hand-off.
Hopefully, this gets better. Just seems someone isn’t paying proper attention…
