We enjoy the great customer service and the food. I had the Bronzino which was tasted delicious. My wife had the pasta vodka, she thought it was the best she had ever had. My son had a pepperoni pizza, freaking kids, but it got a thumbs up. Great atmosphere on the outside patio. Nice night!

Came here for dinner and they forgot to put my order in. After they came over to take my order again, I still waited a long time and we asked for an update. The women/ owner marched over and told us very rudely “WHATS THE PROBLEM TAKE IT EASY” . I asked her to apologize and she refused. She goes to get my pizza which is now burnt to a crisp and serves it to me. We were famished after waiting such a long time and my husband even clapped that food was arriving. The man/ presumed owner walks over holding the dinner ticket which was placed 25 minutes after we had initially ordered and told husband he would not apologize until he checked the camera, because he couldn’t be bothered to ask us or the server what the situation was. I had only asked for an update on the situation, and had received no apology from people in charge. Only the poor server was apologizing. This behavior is as unacceptable. The gross, watery, unevenly heated appetizers didn’t help. Disgusting and rude.

Every time I come here, the service is amazing. And not even in a typical customer service way. They are very accomadating and it feels like eating at a small town restaurant where everyone knows one another.

This is a nice place to go and have dinner at. They have an outside dining area at the back that has a really nice setting. Their chicken Parm and chicken broccoli are my two favorite dishes. The prices are modest to high but considering the area is fair I recommend this place for good quality Italian food.

The food is really good but was very disappointed when I picked up my order today. I walked my order to my car put it in the back seat, drove 3 blocks to my house and upon getting my bag out of the car the bottom of the bag ripped and the food fell out of the bag because the bottom of the bag was wet with grease from the packaging inside leaking. I spoke to the owner who told me that he’s been having issues with the containers he uses and he would replace my order. When I went to pick up the new order (I did bring back the old order mind you) and was told by the other owner that moving forward it was not their problem if the bag ripped and once I left the store it was my problem. I could understand if I’m the one at fault but the fact that the faulty packaging allowed the bottom of the bag to get soaked in grease and the bag to rip is their responsibility. That’s going to be the last time they get my money. The food is good but not that good. Bad customer service on the wife’s behalf cost them my business

Delicious pasta and very nice ambiance. Had the spaghetti carbonara very creamy and flavor was amazing. I’ve only had it once before and it was not comparable to this place. Shared that and linguini pesto also flavorful, friendly staff. Felt like a nice family owned business. We will definitely be returning!

What a jewel! Never knew it was there, only knew about the pizzeria out front. Lovey main dining and outdoor private dining area. Food was delicious fresh and different created with a lighter touch. Met the owners Maurizio and Carolina and our waiter Aldo. We’ll be going back.

We were attending an event at Queens College and wanted to have a lunch/dinner afterwards, so we searched for restaurants nearby. There were many choices, but I was impressed by the website and menu for Piccolo Sogno. Following the event, joined by four friends, my wife and I made the short drive to the restaurant. It was a hot day, and at first we said we would like to dine inside. But the gracious host said we were welcome to check the outside seating first–and we’re so glad we did! In the lovely, covered garden, we comfortably began a great feast!

We had a funeral nearby this s past weekend . Piccolo Sogno was so accommodating. We did not know exactly how many people would join us after the funeral but the had a great set up accommodating us all. The food was delicious, plentiful and the service was excellent.
