I wish I could give them zero stars. First and last. I decided to give them a try and that was a bad decision. I placed the order online and went to pick it up. No one was there to help me, I waited, waited.…. No one was at the bar either. When someone finally came, they were very unprofessional. The food was not good. I would never recommend this place.

A nice place with great ambiance. The menu covers all of the must-haves of Italian cuisine. Their salads are nice, and desserts are fantastic. The staff and hosts were extremely courteous and the service was prompt! Only downside is that it is a little more on the pricey side. So its less of a weekly visit and more as a call for a special occasion

I haven’t been here in awhile but decided to come back several months ago & I thought it was ok..but recently we went for dinner and it was beyond bad in every way. The owner doesn’t Pay attention & lets the servers run the dining room or should I say not run. It was freezing in the place we were seated and server never returned. We got up as the area we were in had a draft like sitting outside on 20 degrees so we moved ourselves to another table..still cold. The server finally returned the place was not crowded at all except for a large table in the front, the few people in dining room were not paid attention too and wearing their jackets. **Warning Family style is barely enough for 2 ppl so a chicken parm is just 2 pcs without a side so if your 3 at a table like we were for an extra cutlet they charge you $20+ I didn’t know til the bill came..that’s insane! the service was beyond inexcusable the chicken parm sauce taste old, the cutlet dry as a bone..total garbage. When I call the owner over thinking it’s a mistake to ask why a cutlet is $20 in addition to the family style charge and the quality was terrible he looked like he didn’t even know what to say, he was at his bar chatting away the entire time..really embarrassed for him because he should’ve handled it differently. He took off the extra cutlet. I would of told someone sooner about it had anyone acknowledged us the whole time. The server was sort of blocking me from talking to the owner/manager and smiling and laughing..I was very upset with this disrespect.
We were there way longer than we needed to be, and it was freezing the entire time so all around a bad experience. I wouldn’t go there if everything was free for the rest of my life, we were flat out ignored, The food was extremely bad quality and the owner let us leave Feeling upset and unsatisfied. I had made a reservation prior to this night for upcoming Christmas Eve dinner But now no thanks! Save your money if you really want a nice family style meal go to Chris and Tony’s in Syosset..5 mins away. Even if you get charged more, it’s worth it. Everything is fresh delicious and you’re paid attention too.. in addition a Beautiful warm ambiance. It’s a shame with proper management and a good chef it would be great but this is how businesses fail.

Utterly disgusting. Not even edible. Charged $75 for 12 shrimp, some clams and pasta. I would’ve happily paid if this tasted good but it was vile. This was supposed to be family portion, 12 paltry shrimp is barely enough for one person!! And I’m pretty sure they got their ingredients from the dollar store!! It was cold and some random hard object came out of the clam and almost broke my tooth!!!! Never again!!!! I’d feed this to the local racoons but I don’t think they’d even eat this!!!

Beautiful holiday decor. Very friendly staff. Our meal was delicious! I had the salmon and the amazing dessert platter. Gluten free choices. And they made a special sauce for me that was gluten free and was delicious!

Too bad, how the server could spoil a “nice” dinner! Cold apps, cold plates, unresponsive, apparent attitude… Most other visits here were quite exceptional so I will chalk this up to an exception and surely give this place the benefit of the doubt and hope you all do so too. The atmosphere is very nice, the bread brought to the table is excellent… See pics for our choices, but linguini and clams sauce is an absolute must if you go! The Haddock special was very tasty, unfortunately the accompanying scallops were under cooked (see translucent in pics). Delicious Italian cheesecake and Expresso. As you can see lots to be concerned about, hopefully this was just an exception, you be the judge.
