The staff was friendly, the hamburger steak was good but the other items that my husband and I had were very bland, and luke warm at best. We were really looking forward to this because we no longer have a Piccadilly in our city but we just were not impressed with the meal. The lemonade was good though.

My husband Kelvin and I went visit our Dustin Biggs in Shreveport, Louisiana for an early thanksgiving on 11-24-25. Walked around in St Vincent mall in Bossier City. Ate at the Piccadilly in the mall. We also drove around town. Bought a baby doll for Dustins niece for Christmas. Had a wonderful time ❤️

1. They supposed to open at 11. But, they didn’t open up until 11:10am. I don’t like that.
2. The food is always very good and hot. If you like soul food this is your place.
3. This is an older location. Nothing fancy or updated about it.

Stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon. The line was not too long and the cooks were constantly bringing out fresh dishes from the back as we waited. The restaurant & the cafeteria food line up looked great. The fried fish & broccoli/rice was surprisingly good. The Mac & cheese needed a little salt & pepper, but to each their own. Had a great waitress that was attentive but she didn’t wear a name tag so I can’t give her the credit she deserves in this review. But everyone was nice, from the line cooks to the cashier, & all the customers appeared to be enjoying their food.

I ordered the Liver & Onions meal and Chicken Tenders . I thought about ordering the roast beef but the picture here showed it bloody red which was a turn off. One thing always on point is their mashed potatoes so creamy good. The Chicken Tenders are crispy but I didn’t receive my gravy that I wanted to use as a dipping sauce. Jello is a nice treat. The food arrived warm thanks to my dasher .

I visited Piccadilly recently, and I was incredibly disappointed. There is no heat in the establishment, which made for an uncomfortable dining experience. Seriously, NO HEAT!
The food served was cold and unappetizing, which is unacceptable for any restaurant, especially one that caters to a more vulnerable crowd. I can’t help but think this must be detrimental to the health of the older patrons who frequent this place.
However, I have to commend the server who was working exceptionally hard under such uncomfortable conditions, dressed in long underwear, multiple layers of clothing, and even a hat! It’s clear they were doing their best despite the circumstances.
Overall, I cannot recommend Piccadilly until they sort out their heating issues—it’s simply not safe or pleasant to eat in such conditions. Please take care of your guests!

Today Piccadilly the food i got was cold and one of the server was wearing a night bonnet on her hair and part of her hair was hanging out. And the others was loud and talking over the food. We had to ask them for silverware twice. We normally eat there on sundays after church but today was not a good day . Oh by the way it was the young people . If I may make a suggestion. For the customer that that are doing a takeout of more than two dinners let one person handle that so the line can move a little faster. Ijs

Food was good. Food portion amounts were sufficient but cornbread muffins have gotten smaller. The server on the line to get food was very helpful.

Nothing like Piccadilly. Takes up back to Sundays after church with grandma. She loved this place. I was the head baker at the one in Longview, TX. Still the same great food as always

A throwback to my younger days & a great experience. Very happy to see Picadilly back operating in Shreveport. Some places don’t need to change – Picadilly is one. EVERYTHING tasted great and my sever went above and beyond.
