I have been dinning at Piccadilly for decades now. Almost every other Sunday after church for sure. We love the food and great choices. Never a long WAITin line. This day was different. We must have been in the line for over 20 minutes. This time, I was very hungry for not eating breakfast earlier. I don’t know exactly what was the problem. As we got closer to the cashier with our tray, we did notice some people ahead of us were ordering their TO GOorders in this line INSTEAD of the TO GO station. This took a lot of time. By time we set to eat our food, it had cool off but not completely cold. NOT GOOD, but we ate it anyways. Telling It Like it IS

This place is not kid friendly
or it’s really limited
They only serve fried food for kids , they use to serve baked chicken r the small hamburger steak,but since Covid they stop which was stupid but ok fine but covid been over 6 yrs ago but they knew this and didn’t care all kids don’t eat fried food so I had to pay grown up prices for an 5 yr old and a 10 yr old and when I voice my opinion to a so called want a be mgr she really didn’t give a damn
Well next time I’ll go to Cracker Barrel Old Country store and never this crap again

A truly classic institution, from another time. The Florida Boulevard location is one of the best. Be sure to try the seafood gumbo, and the carrot souffle.
