Stopped in for a late lunch on aSunday. The food was fresh and hot with plenty of choices. The staff serving the food and waiting on us in the dining room were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and bright. Recommended

I had not been to a Picadilly in a long time. Today was the day. As I was walking in to the restaurant I noticed this special advertised and it sounded good to me.
Upon arriving at the register to pay, Makenzie told me it would be $23 and some change. That seemed like too much tax, so I inquired. She said I had gotten a drink and a dessert. I mentioned the sign and she told me the manager had not taken it down yet and this was the price now. As that was not my problem, I insisted that was false advertising and to get the manager. In a condescending way she asked “All this to save a dollar?”. My answer was yes. This was not a battle she was going to win, so she rang up my meal for $19.99. Where do they get these people from?
By the way, the food was good and my waiter did a great job keeping my Diet Coke filled!

Going here is a memory from when we were children with our grandparents and our parents and our aunts.
The food is always perfect always excellent always consistent their Salisbury steak has been as good as the way our membered my childhood and I turn 67 years old this year .
We go there every so often just for the nostalgia and we drive all the way from Covington over to denham Springs or baton rouge to eat at one of the three locations .
All of them are excellent those staff is always pleasant the food is always good the parking is easy you can’t beat the ambiance of it all it’s just fantastic and it’s a great family place.

Food was really good, but have to compliment a waitress named Day (may be short for real name) was one of the best we have had at any restaurant in a while! They are lucky to have her! She was pleasant to talk to, professional, very hard working, and very observant! It was obvious that she loves her job! Hoping when we return to eat there she will be there.

What is shown here is chopped beef with onions and mushrooms cooked to perfection by Grill Operator Ross. This along with some crab salad, with ranch dressing, and bacon added, made by Mrs. Tammy, and a good apple pie (SUGAR FREE) made by me is a good combination along with the green beans.. I work and eat here 5 days a week and I usually get tired of eating at my place of work, however, not here. One can pick and choose what they want and it will always be different. We cannot always please everyone, but we sure try. So come on down to Juban crossing and see this awesome new restaurant with many new features unlike any Piccadilly you have ever seen. Thank you in advance.

Improvement to the Piccadilly of the past. Food is always good. Update on 8/29/2024 – consistently good. Nice people and good food. I especially enjoyed spending the time having lunch with my beautiful wife. I tried the block of haddock, broccoli cheese rice, corn, and soft roll. As good as always and I’ve eaten at Piccadilly for forty years.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and I chose the chicken fried steak topped with white gravy, mac-n-cheese, mashed potatoes and strawberry cheesecake for dessert. The chicken fried steak was HUGE and cooked to perfection! So full of flavor, juicy and fried perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised by this. The two sides were just okay. Both were a little dry just like our server. She fixed our drinks and not once did she smile much less speak! She never returned to check in on us, refill our drinks or offer to go containers. Mind you they only had 7 tables including us so it wasn’t as if they were busy. We helped ourselves to a refill after waiting 15 minutes and had to ask the cashier for to go boxes. When our server was located and asked if she could assist us she literally threw a fit. Not behind doors but for all to see! As if we inconvenienced her by expecting her to do the job she’s being paid for.
All in all the food was pretty good!

Typical cafeteria style food. Nothing to complain about but also nothing to brag about either. Will we go back, eh, we’ll see. There’s definitely better choices in the Juban Crossing area.
