When my church-friend (who lives in a retirement community) told me how much he loves and misses one of his favorite meals, I turned to Piccadilly Germantown to help! Not only did they make him feel SO special by listening and making this happen for him, it was the BEST meal he’s had in years!

I came in the restaurant to get some dinner and they have a lady working and serving on the line that doesn’t give very good customer service skills and doesn’t have a good attitude she needs to be retained customer service and hospitality skills I had the same the same problem with her a couple of weeks ago when I came in the store and this employee was not very friendly and and very professional I told a manager last time I was here about her but she is still doing the same thing tonight I been coming to this restaurant location along time now and customer service and hospitality is not the same I wish that their wonderful Roast beef was cooked the same every day and was cooked the same way consistently all the time and not well done

Home cookin’ with the nicest staff you could ever want. We went on Thanksgiving Day, and I don’t know what was in the water, but every single employee we came across was just delightful. Smiles and buckets of “Happy Thanksgiving!” It felt like they were happy to see us. ♡♡♡♡♡

Been years since I’ve been there, and it was like going back in time. In a good way. I honestly believe the portions of the main dish got bigger (chopped steak). Sides were exactly as I remember from when I was a kid. Took two young men that I work with who had never been. They went in confused by the concept of eating lunch cafeteria style, but left as big fans. A bit expensive for lunch, but we all left very full since it was really dinner portions. Fantastic meal.

We came in tonight to eat our dinner. We had a to go order and was served by a 2 women and a gentlemen. The first women who served us didn’t let us finish our order before slamming the tray and handing it to the next person. Because of this, i asked the next women if she could add something to my tray. The next lady was blonde and after i asked her she rudely said ,”Yeah.. but what sides” and then slammed my food into the tray. The last guy was very nice and understanding. This was the worst service i have ever had at piccadillys. I DO NOT recommend going at night.

This was my first time there and also my last time there. When I saw the piece of hair in my food, I got completely disgusted and loss my appetite. I didn’t have time to grab anything else due to me being on my lunch break from work, so it was very upsetting.

I had Scott Krueger from Piccadilly in Germantown Tn., cater my dad’s 90th birthday party. He went above and beyond any expectations. You could not ask for better food or service! I was very pleased with the outcome and had many guest rave about the food. if you are looking for a cater, I can guarantee Piccadilly would be your best choice.

Wanted something different today. So we chose Piccadilly.
My food was warm, but my wife’s was hot. Taste was good. It looked like there was only one server for the entire eating area. She asked if we needed anything when we sat down but never saw her again. Finished our meals with out refills on our beverages. But as I stated before, she appeared to be the only server covering the dining area.
I have found that I get fresher food if I got during peak times so all my meal is hot.
We will go back.
