This was my first time at this location and the chicken was cold and had a lot of fat ,the macaroni was cold and not good ,the turnips were good, my roll was cold hard and over cooked. The cashier/waitress Samantha knew that I was not happy instead she keeps walking. I waisted $17. I will have to go somewhere else and get me something to eat

I ordered my order through UBER Eats which I typically do at least once a week. Today I ordered TWO orders of Liver AND Onions, Rice and Gravy and Greens. When UBER Eats brought my delivery it only had ONE order. Both me and the UBER EATS delivery lady had TWO orders. So while she was calling UbER EATS about the mess up I went inside to at least give my mom her order. To my surprise when I opened up the order it was an EMBARRASSMENT and an INSULT to me of my money being spent. The Liver had NO Onions nor Gravy. The rice was a portion and not with the Liver. This is ridiculous. They wouldn’t serve my order like this if I was in person. Extremely not happy with this lack of service thereof and I’ll never order from this store EVER again.

The lady who was cutting the roast was very rude. Your food needs to at least be good if you’re going to have a nasty attitude. I was asking the older lady can I add one piece of chicken to my order, because it looked delicious, she’s going to but in our conversation and say, If you get a piece of chicken, that will be charged for a meal. The older lady just looked at her, and I just said ok…..If you hate customer service, find another job…and you never know who you are being rude to

Invited to go here for the first time with friends. Sunday wasn’t busy. Food selections were decent. Good Ole southern basics, fried chicken, fish, liver and onions, etc.

Dessert selections were looking good. Nice selections. I had the sweet potato pie, and it was right on point.

Ordered the chopped steak plate, and it was absolutely tender, no knife needed, or teeth for that matter…

Had the greens and cabbage for sides. All was very good.

All the basic drink selections. Mine was the sweet tea, and it was not the diabetic coma kind. Sweet enough to taste but you could still taste the tea as well…

The atmosphere reminded me when I was in line of old high school cafeterias… Booths and tables a plenty.

Dish prices depended on your main item selection and then your sides accordingly…

The decor was slightly dated, and could you an update, but when they update the decor, the food prices go up too, so not so bad if you factor that in.

You won’t be disappointed by the selections, but they do change according to the day of the week.

They place need to be remodeled, it’s so outdated. The food is not good as in the past years. The taste is bland. The mac & cheese was awful. The manager was yelling loud at the staff in the kitchen. Your food is in a to go containers whether you’re dining in or taking it out.

Used to be fresh food. Not so fresh any more, especially green beans. Seems to mixed with old green beans from day before. Broccoli rice casserole is too soupy now. Broccoli salad is old from day before, rubbery Broccoli. Yeast rolls half cooked or overcooked.
Way understaffed and the staff that’s there is hiding from work. Always just one person on the line to serve customers from salad, to meats to veggies and bread. What’s going on????

The staff at Piccadilly Stockbridge are second to none. They’re so nice and welcoming. They made my crew feel at home.

The food options are spectacular with so many deserts, entrees and sides to choose from.

The serving area, dinning hall, bathrooms and parking lot were very clean.

I’ll definitely be back!

Just wasn’t pleasant from the food to the staff services. Employees wasn’t keeping the hot food on the line consistently and having to constantly ask for the same items from the back. No one put in effort today food was cold. The workers on the line was passing food under the dirty glass. This location is dirty and unprofessional. I will say that the sever we had was nice.
