We’ve been coming to Taco Zone for years, and I can’t believe I’m just now writing this review. It’s hands down one of our favorite spots. The owner and staff always remember us when we walk in, which makes it feel less like a restaurant and more like seeing friends.
The menu has so many options, whether you’re in the mood for tacos, something hearty, or a fun drink to switch things up. I tried the ramen birria for the first time yesterday and it was absolutely amazing. Rich, flavorful, and completely worth the hype.
Consistently great food, welcoming people, and a menu that never gets boring. Taco Zone is a gem and we’ll keep coming back.

This place had a wide variety on their menu, a large drink menu and the food was delicious. I had the 3 lengua tacos and my bf had the 3 shrimp tacos, both were so good! We can’t wait to come back.

Greeted and seated as soon as we walked in. Happy hour was happening so we got the street taco platers. She got the peach mojitos w/ her tacos and I got the El Pastor tacos. Everything was amazing and I would highly recommend. Honestly, I eat a lot of mexican food and I have never gotten a bill that high. The bill and felt like I was on Mercer Island. Food was great but should not have been that expensive.

This is by far the best taco place in Puyallup. We stumbled across this place a couple years ago and to this day the owner continues to know us by face and knows exactly what we want to order. He is so kind, friendly always welcoming! If you are looking for authentic Mexican food and fine your local taco home look no further.

I don’t really gravitate towards Mexican food! This restaurant is definitely my go to. Its authentic., its fresh, its delicious and I don’t have to question if Im getting good food. I celebrated my birthday yesterday 9/24/2025 and I chose this place because I knew everyone would be pleased. They treated us nicely and welcomed our party without reservation. My daughter said “Im definitely coming back here” and she’s really picky…

Our new favorite spot! Shout out to Gerry for the amazing service. Our first time trying this place on Saturday and we’re so glad we did! This was by far the best mexican restaurant we’ve ate at. All their dishes are authentic and their recipes were past down from generations. The food was soo delicious and we will definitely come back. The beans and rice is homemade and you can taste the difference. We definitely recommend this place. One of my favorite dish is the quesabirria with consome. Support this family owned small business.

Great atmosphere and great service! I ordered 3 tacos . 2 pollo(chicken) and 1 camaron(shrimp)and let me tell you the shrimp tacos are bussin bussin . Id have to give this place a solid 8.1 out of 10 food is great prices are not bad considering location.
