So as many times as I’ve ordered from Picasso, I’ve never really given them a review. Overall, I can’t really say anything bad. The food I’ve ordered has always been excellent, delivery 99.9 percent has been exceptionally fast with every driver being exceptional and courteous. In my opinion their food is a step above, although slightly higher in price, I believe the value is mostly in line with the price. I have ordered from other local places and like many, you order certain things from certain places. Everything I have ordered from here over the years has been exceptional. All in all I have never had a bad meal or service. I think Picasso does a great job and provides excellent food and courteous service!

I ordered over $100 of food. Open up the chicken salad container and the “breadstick” that was in the container had legit fuzzy green mold on it. Call the store immediately and the person I spoke with wanted to just refund the breadstick. Unreal. Don’t order from here unless you want to be sick the rest of the night. Lucky I was able to grab it from my children before they ate it not even knowing.

We order their pizza on a regular basis and love it. Ordered my first steak salad this past weekend and it was by far the best I’ve had in a very long time. The steak was real steak, cooked with a great seasoning and mushrooms. The price was less than any other restaurant I order from. I can’t wait to try their other salads.

Someone took this out of the oven, used a pizza cutter on it, and genuinely thought it looked good to serve to a customer. So little sauce that there’s just a dry burned chunk across a quarter of the pie. If you guys have to skimp this bad, just do everyone a favor and go out of business.

Ordered on Slice – while I think they probably do have phenomenal food – my experience has been less than stellar. Chicken Salad, Quattro Fromage pizza and cheescake. The cheescake had mold on it. The fries were raw (cooked them in the air fryer so it was fine) on the salad – and it was not bad. The pizza was so raw that I put it in the oven cause it did look yummy. Needless to say it didn’t cook from all the liquid and it is not edible. Hope others have a better experience. To say i’m disappointed would be minimizing it – I had high hopes after the reviews. I was refunded for the cheescake (which there is NO way they didn’t see the mold) but they won’t refund the pizza. Supposedly they are going to deliver a new one and pick up this soggy mess. Will update.
UPDATE: Got a new pizza delivered and I will say it was very delicious, I agree there was a salty factor to the crust but not bad at all. Very generous toppings and great sauce. I appreciate your comment and that you sent me a new pizza.

Ordered French fries and they were horrible. The food here used to be so good. Pizza still good but other stuff not so much. Fries we mostly all about an inch long. Burnt. And hard.

This place seems to be going downhill in terms of service and quality of food. I used the app to order works but it gives me a time that’s over 30 minutes for the order to be done. I picked up my pizza and it was not only cold but there was a large glob of cheese on several of the slices. The pizza crust and sauce just don’t seem to be that good anymore. I won’t be going back.
