I’ve been coming to this location for a few months now and it has been the most consistent, delicious, and honestly perfect experience every single time. They have always been early for deliveries and the food is absolutely above and beyond everytime. I’ve had questionable experiences at other picassos locations but the lancaster location has always been on point time and time again. I would absolutely recommend this place to anybody who loves pizza and excellent service. 10 out of 10 every time.

Please stop making your own sub rolls! They are wide, flat, fall apart and ruin every sub you make. Your pizza sauce is great but its ruined with your greasy unetible cut. The Cajun fries were drenched in so much grease we threw them out. There are so many better options for the price out there!

I order from here all the time, usually they’re fantastic! But I’m disgusted with this order.
I called immediately after getting delivery, thinking I got a half of mozzarella bread, with tomatoes. Instead of some slices of white pizza. I didn’t receive all of my order as well! They said “return what was wrong”, and they’ll bring me my missing items.
A manager then continued to call back, to argue with me about what I actually received. To then only offer me, what I originally agreed upon. I didn’t get to eat my food while it was hot! I was busy on the phone!
Finally when we disconnected, I find that my steak calzone that should have had no mushrooms, had them and was half cooked. Both my calozones had a mere fraction of the filling they normally have.
I never received my other items of my order! Nor a phone call, on my $80 order that was completely messed up.
I’m not sure what direction picassos is going, but I hope this isn’t the way.

So first off they got rid of their famous fried dough. I cannot believe this and I’m completely distraught over this! Next, the girl inside was very rude about not having a mask. Sorry I don’t wear a mask but you were very rude about it. Told me to go out to my car and call. Was then put on hold. About 6 minutes later this poor girl was bringing the food out, struggled with the door, almost dropped the food. Then she struggled lifting it to the window on my truck. I apologized to her and felt terrible that they made her do it. So getting to the food. It was delicious as usual. Pizza was perfect. Wings were good, but not as hot as they should have been. Hot BBQ flavor was prefect. The cinnamon breadsticks were not very good.

Placed large order to feed large group of customers. Food was great and delivery was right on time. Even got a phone call morning of to confirm. Much appreciated! Will use this restaurant again!

We ordered for pickup and it originally said it would be ready in about 30 minutes. My mom and I didn’t realize we were so close to the restaurant and got there in about 5-10 minutes. We went inside and let them know we were there early and even though they were clearly busy as it was peak dinner rush, they busted our subs out in about 5 minutes!! While waiting for our subs (that were incredible) we ordered two pepperoni slices and they kindly gave us four for the price of two.
The pizza was some of the best I’ve had and so were the subs. Not sure if their sub rolls are homemade, but they were delicious. The extra sauce they gave us for the subs were so good as well, but sure what it was but we were big fans. The pizza wasn’t too greasy, and it was so crunchy. Again, probably the best I’ve had. Also, really great pricing. Will definitely come back!!

I ordered a large cheese and pepperoni pizza. As we were eating, we noticed the dough was extremely thin. So since we haven’t ordered from here in a while (because of previous orders that were messed up) we thought maybe they changed the way they make the dough. So I honestly do not like to complain, but this pizza was $38. So I called and of course same thing as always they do not take accountability. The manager on shift tried to make an excuse about why the pizza was like that etc etc. So, long story short, I said can you just give me another pizza. So they did, but instead of sending someone out right away with the new one that THEY fd up, they make us wait another 40 minutes!!! And she said it in a way where she figured I would say forget it, we will just keep the pizza we have. I thought that was extremely rude and bad business. I understand they have other orders, but really, you’re the one that messed up our order, and we already waited 40 minutes for the first pizza, and now we have to wait another 40. Now I clearly remember why I stopped being a customer. They are very rude and the workers have very bad customer service. And they always try to justify their mistakes. I would have had more respect for them if they apologized and made it right without having an attitude. After all, I am the reason you have a job.

We usually drive back to Buffalo twice a year for Bills games. We get an Airbnb and load up on pizza and wings. This is absolutely my favorite pizza. We get the “Kitchen Sink” party pizza and eat on it for days. Wings are great, too. Staff and ownership are friendly.
