Picasso’s on San Jose Blvd in Jacksonville was absolutely fantastic. We went with a group of eight and ordered a variety of pizzas to share, including the cheeseburger pizza, veggie pie, Hot Mama, mushroom pizza, and a classic pepperoni. Every single one was delicious and cooked perfectly.
A few of us also ordered salads, and they were fresh and flavorful, definitely not an afterthought like at some pizza places. We also had the BBQ shrimp appetizer, which unfortunately we didn’t get a picture of, but it was easily in the top five shrimp dishes I’ve ever had. It was that good.
We did have about an hour wait since we didn’t make reservations, but honestly it was completely worth it. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain menu options and make recommendations.
Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back, and next time we’ll make reservations. Highly recommend if you’re in Jacksonville and want excellent pizza and a great dining experience.

Ok ya’ll, now this has to be the BEST PIZZA joint in Jacksonville!!! Hands down, nothing and I mean nothing I had was bad. The pizza was TOP NOTCH ( Especially the Kitchen Sink)!! Kevin our waiter was absolutely amazing and the vibe here is so good. To the lady that assisted us (Probably the Owner I’m sorry I never gotten her name) she was the best of the best!! I highly recommend this establishment for any occasion. I will probably see you there!! Let them know I sent ya!!

Soooo good! I had the mozarella sticks (best I’ve ever had anywhere!!), spinach strawberry salad, kitchen sink pizza, and lasagna. Oh and don’t forget the butter cake! Everything is absolutely delicious and the whole place has a cool vibe. Really, truly the best food I’ve had in a very long time. Kudos to the chefs!

My wife and I made our First stop recently we had heard good things. The staff we talked to were all great, even 1 of the even cooks we talked to.
Don’t let my low matter on the atmosphere sway you, everything was clean it’s just kind of there. But for the food I would have eaten outside. Big words given the weather.
Strombolian Italian hoagie were both amazing. Recommend giving it a try

Stopped in unplanned for Friday night dinner! It was a great choice. We heard great reviews from friends and decided to go. There was a short wait, but it flew by quickly. The space is small but quaint. We ordered the gumbo and minestrone to start. A large New York style pizza, the pan seared chicken and spaghetti with meatballs for our daughter for our entrees. The pasta is homemade, and sauce was delicious! The gumbo was excellent, and the pan seared chicken on point – juicy and full of flavor. We ended our dinner with the butter cake!!! Yum! It’s definitely a must try! We will be back soon.

Never had a bad meal at Picasso’s! Wish it were still open on Sundays, but I’ll take what I can get. Recommend the Mediterranean pizza…and like everything else.

First time trying it. The food was nice, the atmosphere was loud and busy. Not too large of a restaurant so it gets noisy quickly. Wonderful service! They make their dishes from scratch. They taste much better than other more Americanized Italian places. Recommend this place! Their pizza selection is really cool! Lots of different and new options. And their make your own pasta is really good. As well as their sandwiches! We all got different dishes. Chicken parm with fries, penne with Alfredo and salmon, and the chicken and broccoli pizza Saint Louis version!

Waited 70 minutes for our meal!!! Unacceptable. It was Monday evening after Christmas, yes they had some large parties, but totally unacceptable to be served so late. And my lasagna was not good, I didn’t like it served in cast iron casserole. It tasted horrid. Salad was decent. Sat us at small table in side room no atmosphere, I faced a wall. I complained about wait, they only apologized, never tried to make it right and even charged extra for side of sauce. Never again, NOT good place.

Always a great experience at Picasso’s! The food is amazing and the service is always excellent. The pasta and pizza are solid choices but we also like to try the specials from time to time. The risotto bites are our favorite appetizer and the pan roasted chicken is my favorite entree. Save room for the butter cake! Noi is amazing and always remembers our drink order when we come in. She stops to say hello even if she isn’t our server. Wish it was closer but may be a good thing because we’d eat way too much if it was!
