The restaurant has a nice outdoor patio that would be great for an afternoon meal or summertime dinner. Inside, the restaurant is spacious and has a separate bar area for adult fun. In the dining room, you also have a view of the pizza oven.
We ordered garlic knots and cheese bread. The garlic knots were smothered in Parmesan cheese and came with marinara sauce. The cheese bread was deliciously made with the same sourdough bread as the pizza crust. It also came with three dipping sauces — garlic olive oil, pesto, and marinara.
The pizza was amazing with the sourdough base. We ordered a large pepperoni to share, a chicken Parmesan calzone, and a ribeye wrap. All three were so yummy and the portions were large enough for us to take leftovers with us.
The service was prompt and friendly. When drinks ran out, they refilled them quickly. In total, we spent around $100 for the four of us, which is about average for a night out with full meals, appetizers, and a couple of beers. Would definitely come back the next time we drive through Jackson, TN.
The food is perfect, especially their sausage, pepper and cheese calzone.
Desert was also super cool and delicious!
If you’re ever traveling through Jackson, TN, you’ll regret not visiting here.
I’ll definitely come here again.
We ordered online and chose the Tuscan specialty pizza, making a couple of easy modifications through their ordering system. Pickup was seamless. When I walked in, the restaurant was absolutely buzzing with a Friday night dinner crowd, yet I was immediately greeted and directed to the pickup area without any confusion or delay.
Brittany took care of me at pickup and was wonderful. She confirmed my order quickly and had the pizza ready to go. I asked a small favor—whether they had any ziplock bags or smaller containers so we could save leftovers in the hotel mini fridge for breakfast the next morning—and she went above and beyond. She grabbed extra small containers, plastic ware, napkins, and condiments for the road, all with genuine kindness. You could tell she recognized the look of someone deep into a long road trip.
As if that wasn’t enough, she even offered me a quick drink before sending me on my way—an incredibly thoughtful gesture that turned a simple pickup into a memorable experience.
The pizza itself was delicious, flavorful, and held up perfectly as leftovers (which says a lot). But what truly earned this glowing 5-star review was the exceptional service. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring staff make all the difference, and Picasso Bistro and Pizzeria delivers that in spades.
If you live in the area or are just passing through, there are plenty of food options—but I’d strongly recommend stopping here for artisan-style food paired with outstanding customer service. It was exactly what we needed after a long day on the road, and then some.
There are a lot of options on the menu, so I had a hard time I decide. I followed the bartenders recommendation and ordered the Sicilian Club sandwich and was not disappointed.
Very tasteful with fresh bread to top it off!
You can tell it’s a local favorite as the staff remembered their customers by name as they walked in, the sign of a good place.
PS The blood orange jalapeño margarita is #sooogood
