When Albert Pappy Pica opened up Pica’s Garden Nite Cafe in 1939, he had a vision. He wanted it to be a place where the community could come together to enjoy great food at a fair price. Now, almost 80 years and three generations later, Pappy’s great-grandson Shane is continuing his legacy at Pica’s Pub and Grill. Alongside his father Wayne, Shane is proud to serve everything from juicy burgers to our chicken picatta, all prepared daily with only the freshest ingredients. What a treat for lunch today! The house-smoked pastrami sandwich I ate might literally be the best pastrami sandwich I’ve ever had! And BONUS, got my fav side of sweet potato TOTS! Don’t miss this place! Owner and resident Smoke-master Shane Bernard is knocking it out of the park! Run, don’t walk down here for your next meal – bring your friends, they will be glad you did!

An amazing experience my first time here been in the restaurant. This is my whole life the server. Rachel was awesome. The teamwork Was amazing even the Hostess was busting tables. The orchestration here was unbelievable. I got the bacon jam burger my brother Got the Reuben and my mother got the baked haddock . Definitely recommend the rosemary fries it was a dollar more definitely worth every penny! I’ll be back here forever, Mr Mike’s in Haverhill no chance over here!!!

Pica’s is our go-to spot!! We cannot say enough good things about Pica’s!! The staff is top tier, they are all super friendly, they make us feel welcome the moment we walk through the door! We attend Music Bingo every Tuesday night, some of our favorite waitresses Rae, Kallie and Ella provide great service, a great atmosphere and create an exciting experience that keeps us coming back each week. The food is always delicious no matter what we order but we do love the burgers, chicken barb sandwiches and especially those cinnamon maple donuts!! We love Pica’s and Music Bingo nights so much that my daughter even comes home from college to attend them with us!! We have noticed that employees even come in on there days off to enjoy a meal at Pica’s because that is just the kind of community feel that Pica’s has!! We love Pica’s!!

Edited: I have to update my review with regard to the wraps. The restaurant responded to me privately to inform me that in fact I made an error and ordered Chicken Caesar wraps instead of Mediterranean Wraps. This was why the expected vegetables were not there. Totally my error. Appreciate the thoughtful and prompt response!
We haven’t ordered here in a while but was a disappointment tonight. I ordered two Mediterranean wraps without chicken. Menu clearly describes the wraps have tomato, olives, red onion and cucumbers and we requested no chicken but add feta. The wraps were literally lettuce and feta period. Nothing like the description or photo on the menu. Also the onion rings tasted like the oil is old. Also noted the portobello burger they used to offer is gone-disappointing that there aren’t more meatless options here.

The menu has a lot to offer which made it hard to choose what I was going to have for lunch. So, I went for one of their signature burgers the bacon onion jam burger. And it was delicious! I paired that with some sweet tots and a mule and never looked back. I am not sure if this is an option but if I could have had bacon onion jam on the tots that would have been even better! The portion size was perfect and our server was equally delightful. She even recommended a few John Butler trio songs that I should listen to. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Nice place. Service was great! Drinks and food were good. My blackberry cobbler drink was delicious. I wish my cob salad had a better quality bacon on it but that’s just being picky. The chicken on the cob was a bit dry but no terrible. We’d go back.

Honestly this place is amazing. Customer service is next level. We had a small problem with delivery that had nothing to do with them and they reached out immediately to help come to a solution. Food was phenomenal and can’t wait to go here again.

One of my go to restaurants when looking for a fun night out. The menu has a lot of variety and spices up a lot of classic food items which I love. They also recently opened a second building for take out and ice-cream which is very nice. Everything I have had from here has tasted amazing and I will continue to come back regularly!

Im very disappointed that I have to write and review i made a order through the Toast app and specified my meal for it not to come how I asked and recharged for a tip! I got a brisket Shepards pie ,smoked wings and Steak tips…I asked for no sautéed onions there was plenty! (I have pics to prove it) The wings were undercooked the steak tip dinner was good..ever since I moved to the eara and found this place I’ve been happy but last night was not it…I will be calling to speak to a manager about a refund of my Shepherds pie and my whole tip since my order was incorrect and being charged for a extra tip than what was given thats not okay by any means and this needs to handled properly depending how it’s handled idk if ill order again or do itin person check everything and pay cash
