Truly some of the best food in Tri-Cities. The service is top notch, the bartender is a gem. I asked her to make me a sort of strange margaritas, guava jalapeño, and it was *perfection* in a glass. The birria is some of the best I have ever had, and don’t even get me started on the salsa. The avo-lime is so good, but the pineapple habanero is out of this world. If you have a chance, I highly recommend checking this place out. Not a single thing from the menu has been disappointing. Absolutely a town favorite.

Pretty good experience at Picante! Upon walking in we were seated promptly and brought menus. Our waitress brought us a variety of house made salsas to try with our chips. They were so delicious! I noticed that while we were there, they seemed to be a bit short staffed-causing a bit of a wait. I didn’t mind as our waitress brought us our beverages and more chips. I got a coconut pineapple margarita that I believe is $14. The drink was good, not very strong but tasty Upon ordering our food, I got 3 birria con queso tacos and my husband got a birria torta. Both items were delicious with some leftovers. This is a great date night spot or spot for a small family. I would recommend calling ahead or ordering to go if you have a larger group due to space. Overall the total came out to $93 for two people.

I ordered the shrimp tacos and they were absolutely delicious! The shrimp was fresh and perfectly cooked, the tortillas were warm, and the toppings added a great balance of flavor and texture. The service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere made the meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommended if you’re looking for tasty seafood with a Mexican touch!

First time back for food since they opened and it was amazing. Had the chile relleno and I liked it more than my mom’s cooking which is super rare for me. Fair warning though that sauce on top is spicy, and so delicious. Husband had the birria grilled cheese and loved it too. Excited to come back when the ceviche is in season <3

Came here for lunch and I ordered the pozole with pork. It came with cabbage, beets, onions and lime. Portion is really big and delicious. The staff was really friendly and pretty quick for a to go order. I will have to come back and try the tacos and burritos because they look big and mouth watering. I’m overall happy with my experience.

First time in. Server was attentive and helpful. She knew it was my first time so she brought out almost every salsa they had to try. Personally, a little light on the meat for the tacos. With that being said, the flavor… the flavor of the salsa, tacos, and tortillas was phenomenal. Yes, I’m a little piggy. I had to try abuelas famous no-bake cheesecake. It was delicious. More of a mousse than a cheesecake (again, in my opinion). Both the lengua and shrimp tacos were my favorites.

I ordered a breakfast burrito with adobada but was served chorizo instead. When I mentioned it, the cook insisted it was adobada rather than acknowledging the mix-up, which made the interaction uncomfortable. When ordering, the waitress also seemed distracted and looked away several times after asking what I wanted, which made me wonder if the order was taken correctly in the first place. The food itself was fine, but clearer attention and better handling of issues would improve the experience.
I’ve also ordered this before with adobada so I know the difference. It made the whole experience awkward and uncomfortable.

My family and I are here visiting from California. We found this place and let me tell you the food is amazing! Everything we had was hands down authentic, so many delicious foods to choose from. My daughter had the ramen Birria, I had the asada taco empenada and my husband had the three tacos with rice and beans. I forgot to mention the chips, salsa and beans were a great appetizer! I had an horchata and it was so delicious. the service was fantastic and the staff was amazing. our daughter has asked us to eat there one more time before we fly out at the end of the week. If you haven’t been, you must give it a try! The owner was very kind and u could tell she puts the love into her cooking! Thank you

This is, without a doubt, a five-star experience! The food here is genuinely delicious, and I would venture to say it’s the best Mexican cuisine in the entire region.
The menu is perfectly curated—not overwhelmingly large, but offering all the right classics like phenomenal burritos and mouth-watering tacos. Everything we tried was fresh and perfectly seasoned.
Beyond the incredible food, the customer service is absolutely on point. The staff is attentive, friendly, and really enhances the dining experience.
