The chicken taste like the chicken in the Dominican Republic. However, the chicken I got was not fresh and as crunchy as the chicken in Dominican Republic. I didn’t eat much of it because I can tell that the chicken wasn’t thoroughly cleaned before cooking. I went towards closing so I’m not sure if that played about in it.

The chicken was perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside — just like the ones you get from the frituras back home. The tostones were golden and crunchy, and the little lime on the side sealed the deal.
