My wife & I was craving for some BBQ today for Easter. While going to the bank, we came across Pibb’s Rib Shack. We order the family slab of ribs which comes with (3) sides. The food was really good!!!! Ribs were tender & juicy with their spicy BBQ sauce adding the finishing touch. Some of the best potato salad we’ve ever had. Food was really fresh and hot!!! They definitely gain another loyal customer. Shout out to Pibb’s Rib Shack. Great customer service – family own business might I add.

Ordered from here just now for the first time and all I can say is WOW!!! Everything is on point, from the 8 piece chicken to the sides which consisted of Mac n cheese, collard greens, baked beans and potato salad. Like I said, everything was PERFECT. We will definitely be getting food from here more often, if you want good ol bbq stop by this food truck and indulge yourself, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Good portions, sauce is on the side in separate small containers, which is good so you can add it to the food yourself. Also try their sweet potato pie. It’s very good!

Family owned business. They are good people and their food is amazing!! I refuse to go anywhere else in Tampa for bbq. They also serve fish, a variety of sides & dessert. You have to go as soon as they open because they sell out quickly.

They have the best food in town, Literally!! I have the catfish dinner w/ coleslaw & corn on the cob sometimes greens every weekend! My mom drives from Lakeland,FL to Wesley Chapel 45 minutes just to get her a plate from them. We are from Memphis,TN and its a requirement that we have very delicuous BBQ & Fish in our lives. Plus the owners are super friendly & professional. They are clean and give you more than your money worth of food everytime. Mace always make sure that we are happy with are orders by asking us to take a look at our food before leaving. Their prices are very affordable on any budget!! Be sure to go early because they run out of food to sale close to closing time!!!

Looking for the best BBQ in New Tampa or Wesley Chapel? Look no further–Pibb’s Rib Shack is AMAZING! All of their food is fantastic, but I highly recommend the rib tips and pulled pork. We also enjoyed the mac n cheese as well as the collard greens. I will definitely be back!
