Pretty good! The salads are delicious, and so was the wrap. For pasta I got pesto. I love how it’s flavorful, especially the chicken, but I prefer more pesto sauce to the cream they mixed with it. The drinks are yummy as well! I highly recommend.

The staff is welcoming and the manager is great, but the pasta is too raw. It is not aldetente. I undesrtand that they do not to overcook the pasta but this is too far on the spectrum of rawness. And they have heavy hand on the pepper, a simple pasta no sauce it’s spicy and hard to swallow.
Avoid the place unless you go for salad.

This place was great. Location was awesome with lots of outdoor seating. The staff seemed to enjoy each other and were constantly hustling to help each other out. They had a great attitude and customer service was top notch. All the food looked fresh and tasted great. I would highly recommend.

Piada is fantastic fast-casual Italian! The food is consistently fresh and flavorful, especially the custom-rolled piadas. It’s like an Italian Chipotle—quick, customizable, and delicious. Highly recommend the Diavolo Pasta for a spicy kick! Great spot for a satisfying and healthy-ish lunch.

BIGGEST PIADA FAN!!! Every time I come, they’re efficient, kind, and serve quality food. One time I dropped my food and a worker immediately came to pick it up for me—their food and service goes above and beyond every time. AND the student deal!!!! My fav place in cstat 15/10 every time. Farmer market salad is the best!

I came in this last weekend and had a delicious meal. They were really understaffed but had great customer service. Tasty food with good fresh ingredients. The only thing to improve was that, because they were understaffed, the line was really long, and it took a while to get the order started. Other than that I’d highly recommend.

Cold, super salty food. The tables were dirty. No ice in the fountain machine.
The staff was friendly and worked efficiently to keep the line moving.

I am diagnosed celiac. I arrived around 9 this evening (thurs 2/12). I told my server about my allergy and requested the chef prepare my food since he is trained. I was ignored. I asked for fresh salmon to be prepared to minimize cross contamination. They proceeded to pull out a pre-prepared filet and then told me to my face it was freshly prepared right then (the cooked filet was cold, so not fresh). This place is not certified gluten free, but I would expect better accommodation and at the very least, honesty…. Do better Piada

This place is very popular with students so almost every time I go there is a long line, food is delicious but the pasta is always undercooked. Portions are good. Princes are reasonable. Staff is good. You have to pay for parking or you can park behind and walk there.

I was visiting Century Square today and needed a quick bite to eat. I’ve had Piada many times before and the food was good so I stopped by. They were not very busy so I didnt wait long to order and pay.

Unfortunately I quickly realized that the place was not as clean as I remember. I went there not long after they opened so it was not dirty due to a busy lunch rush or anything.

While getting water from the drink fountain, there were gnats or some type of small flies all around it. When the water dispensed into my cup, so did black particles from the machine. I informed staff and showed them my water cup. The guy followed me back to the drink fountain where I also pointed out the flies. He said it was probably just “residue” from the spout in my cup. He didnt offer any solutions or attempt to clean the area while I was there.

I threw the cup away and ate my food without a drink. The food wasnt as good as I remember and the spinach in the pasta smelled like it was going bad. I didnt eat much of the food before I gave up, threw it away, and left. I had a pretty disappointing visit for what I hoped would be a quick satisfying lunch.
