I had a great experience here. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was amazing. The staff had a great attitude and didn’t get annoyed even though I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. They made recommendations and took their time helping me decide.
The food was made fresh right in front of me and you could tell it was cooked on the spot. Everything was hot, flavorful, and well put together. I’m not even sure what the chef mixed together, but whatever it was… it was GOOD! The pasta was creamy, loaded with toppings, and the portion was generous.
The atmosphere and energy in the place was welcoming too. You can tell they care about the food and the customers. I’ll definitely be coming back.
If you’re thinking about trying this place, go ahead and get you some. You won’t regret it.

Every time I visit Houston I love coming to this location for a quick bite to eat. I can definitely say over the years this restaurant has gotten 100% better. The pasta was cooked to perfection and the flavor or the crispy chicken and sauce was amazing. The portion size was excellent and the customer service was top tier ! I can’t wait to come back.

Piada’s is so good I had to come for seconds!! The food + the staff make it a very enjoyable experience. Brian prepared my food for me today. I had the carbonara pasta & a pepperoni stick. He was very knowledgeable about the food they create and attentive to my needs and wants for my food! 10/10 🙂

This is Italian fast food. The menu is limited to a few basic choices. You choose what you want and it is put together in front of you then you pay at the end. Pictured is a small carbonara and salad.
The drinks are all Pepsi products along with various teas.
The food is good and the service is friendly and fast. Lots of people ordered online for pickup.

I placed an online order at this Piada location, but upon arrival, I was told by an employee that someone had already picked up the order, as it was ‘missing.’ However, we overheard them say the receipt had been found behind the machine. It was puzzling that they chose to remake the order instead of addressing the mix-up transparently. There’s no need to be dishonest, as it doesn’t reflect well on the professionalism of the team. Additionally, while waiting, we noticed several employees chatting in the back, with only a couple working in the front. Perhaps if more attention had been given to the front, the lost receipt issue could have been avoided. When the order was remade, the salads were missing items due to the rush, and the garlic dough was overly salty. On a positive note, the online ordering system was very user-friendly, and the menu itself is great. However, given the issues experienced, I would likely consider visiting another location next time.

I ordered the carbonara spaghetti pasta and added chicken. The food was good for a fast food style restaurant but I really wasn’t impressed with the chicken. It was cut up so tiny and it blended into the pasta that you couldn’t really taste it.

Walked in for the first time and immediately impressed! Chef Brian and Priscilla greeted and helped us decide on what to order. The selection all looked so fresh and delicious. We decided on the rolled avocado Piada and the Chef’s favorite Piada. The flavors are so delicious! I enjoyed the kick of the diavolo spicy sauce. The avocados in my daughter’s piada were huge fresh chucks! Was our first time but definitely not the last. Very satisfied!

This was our first time here and from the beginning, Chef Braiyan was patient and helpful, answering any questions we had. Let me say the spread looked good and it was hard to choose. Chef Emely swooped in to help with that. They were both very polite and friendly. It was our first time here but it won’t be our last. The food was so tasty and fresh. Thank you guys!

I used to really like the Avocado Chop salad, but this particular visit was not as good as others. Perhaps it was the chicken. You get a decent amount for the price, but it messed up the flavors of the salad imo. I’ll stick to getting it vegetarian. Also, the tables were sticky.
