It’s always refreshing to see someone take pride in their work, and Mario did exactly that. He was polite, attentive, and carried himself with a great attitude while helping customers.

Rather rude service and shocked I was charged 20 bucks for a avocado and steak wrap. Steak was over seasoned and not worth its price. Probably my last time coming here. Threw away half of it.

Piada never misses. The food was fresh, and flavorful but what really made the experience was the service. Nora and Cierra were both amazing: super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. You can tell they actually care about the customer experience. Definitely coming back because of them.

She guided me through the menu with ease, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made sure everything was prepared with care. First time visiting the Piada location and I enjoyed my visit, especially stopping in for a quick meal. The food was tasty with perfect temperature. I would definitely go again.

Very bad staff. They changed my order. I asked for a fire hot chicken. And they gave me a crispy chicken when I ask them he told that was the correct order and he just poured hot sauce in it. When I waited for 10 min extra for that fire hot chicken.
