Reviews… who reads reviews anyways? So instead of wrinting a long lengthy review, Ill keep it short and sweet.
I appreciate it when I walk into an establishment and acknowledgement and smiles greet me. I had question about the difference between a kids meal’s pasta portion and a small servings portion?
Pablo the supervisor, explained the differences and excitedly started prepping what I ended choosing.
After I ordered food, he apologetically came out to explain that itll be a bit longer for the calamari because the fryer needed to get up to temp, with this knowledge that itll take a bit of time, made me understood and I didn’t have a problem waiting. I appreciate these practices of establishments, or individuals who give me the heads up, otherwise with such an active mind and always on the go, I would have left feeling a bit unsatisfied.
I would drive across town again and again just to go to this Woodbury Piadas because od Pable and Ger, the other employee. Awesome food, awesome staff.

Been going to Piada in Woodbury for years now and their food is top notch. I want to also state that their customer service is the best when I had one very small issue which was nothing. The garlic dough and cannoli chips are so good you have to get them. The whole family loves going here.

I LOVE PIADA!! and for us it’s across the metro for us so whenever I get the chance I go. I was SO excited to get back after like what seemed like a year hiatus. I expressed my excitement to everyone especially a new person in line – it truly is one of my favorite places. It is unique and good. I am from Ohio and was elated when it came to Minnesota but wish there was one on the West side. The people serving greeted us with a smile and prepared everything quickly asking if all the toppings were fine. The service was great – we were in and out on a long road trip. Thanks T1056!! Please please go here – you won’t be disappointed. If you eat steak – get the steak avocado it’s the bomb with its sauces! Love Piada. Thank you!!! ❤️

Absolutely love Piada. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how you want it. The piadas are warm and perfectly cooked, the pasta bowls are filling, and the ingredients taste high quality every time. The staff is friendly, fast, and efficient—even during busy hours. It’s the perfect spot when you want something quick but still delicious and customizable. Definitely one of my go-to places for Italian street food.

Extremely slow service. It was really busy but ordering the food went pretty fast other than my son wanted salmon and they said it would take 8-10 minutes extra which he declined. Getting checked however was horrible. Cashier was slow and incompetent. She inspected every bowl for was it was like she never seen that order before and there wasn’t any customizations on any of the food we had. Then about halfway through our checkout process she went up to customers who had online orders and asked who they were. Then asked if they were working on the order when there’s a self for online orders. Then she came back to finish ours. Out food sat there for at least 5 minutes waiting to check out uncovered for a to go order. That being said the food was mid at best. The food looked nothing like the pictures with very little toppings. 3 stars is a very generous rating and only because the lady at that took the orders I assume the manager was wonderful and super nice but she would’ve been faster without the other 4 on the line because they were all worthless.

This place was recommended by my sister. She’s been here once before so I decided why not. From the outside the place looks very clean. Upon entering everyone looks very satisfied. My first time here I had the Chef’s Favorite Piada. It didn’t take much long before I got my order. The staff was very professional and well mannered. It’s kind of pricey but it tasted so good. Overall, I did enjoy it and will come back to try it out again. Thanks for reading my review. Peace ✌️

We ordered a pickup order an hour in advance not only was it not ready but we waited another 40 mins after the pickup time while employees served walk ins first and socialized. Our order was done for 5 mins and the clerk spent time flirting with customers instead of bagging the food. And to top it all off the food gave me and fiancé food poisoning…

Ordered ahead at 6:28 PM for a 7:15 pickup (2 mac & cheese with meat, 2 piadas with chicken). Didn’t receive my food until 7:35. During that wait, I saw walk-in customers and DoorDash orders placed after mine get served first. My kids’ mac & cheese sat on the line uncovered for over 10 minutes.
The lead cook seemed to be doing her best, so this felt like a system or staffing issue. It also stood out that Uber and DoorDash drivers were greeted like regulars, while walk-in customers weren’t acknowledged until orders were done. I understand delivery drivers are on the clock, but as a customer, my time is just as valuable. Staff apologized to the delivery drivers but not to me. Two weeks ago they also forgot chicken in my salad and I had to return.
Overall, if you’re ordering during peak times, standing in line might be better than ordering ahead. Disappointing experience.

This place is great! Food’s amazing and the crew is a blast! Especially Chloe, Miriam and Glorya!! They’ve all got great attitudes and service! And I heard that if you ask them nice enough, they’ll sing you a traditional Italian jingle!

Not a good option of you only have a 30 minute lunch break, even with online ordering on their personal website. They appear to prioritize 3rd party ordering. I made an online order, that had a completion time of 40 minutes later. I got there on time, and had to waited 20 more minutes past. Was late clocking back in from lunch. Had to ask twice, and was informed it would be done “soon”. Not sure if the cashier thought I was a delivery driver and was being pushy, but I was going to be late. If they can’t handle the in store line and their own online orders, they should not do 3rd party.
Also – they left a cutting board and serrated knife on the big table, for anyone to play with, like an 8yr old kid.
