Yesterday I ordered from this location for dinner. I had the new loaded Mac bowl. While waiting in line I noticed that the Mac looked sus (pale, dry, not hot nor fresh & hospital dietary grade). That should’ve told me not to order it but I gave benefit of the doubt as looks can be deceiving. I get 2 miles away to my destination and begin to eat. This food was cold! It lacked flavor/seasoning. The price y’all are charging for this is ridiculous. Y’all don’t order this trash. Save your coins and go get some real food that hot and fresh. I called immediately and complaining to the manager. I was told to bring it back up after he apologized. I told him another red flag was the white guy who made the bow never greeted me and never smiled. Customer service is a lost profession I swear. The Mac he serve me was as cold as his demeanor. I came back up and manager tried to offer me another Meal choice but I’ll was ready to go and declined & accepted my refund.

Came in today to grab a bite to eat. Piada seemed like a healthy option for me. The food flavors were middle of the road but the ingredients were fresh. However, the service leaves so much to be desired. I’m not even sure owners or people even look at these reviews but truth be told I won’t be back. I have a deep belief in Giving quality customer service no matter what the circumstances are. Unfortunately, this staff just doesn’t cut it. When I asked for my toppings, I was met with an attitude. Also, the overall mood of the workers was just lackluster. I can say that one woman seem to be taking on most of the load of the work that needed to be done at the time. Kudos to her! Unfortunately, she was worked on multiple things while the other employees just kind of joked around with each other. There are so many options in the area that I can take on when it comes to food. That I don’t have to come to places to have my food delivered to me with a side of attitude. I will happily spend my hard earned money elsewhere. Next time I will go to Olive Garden or BI’s Brew House like I had planned to in the first place. The price point is very similar.

I really love this Piada location. The staff is always so incredibly friendly. I get a build your own chicken Parmesan Piada every time I come. Always fresh with the perfect portion of ingredients. You can’t go wrong with a garlic dough to accompany it either.
There is another Piada on my way home, But honestly, I come here because I think they have the best staff and they always bring a smile to my face. 10/10 recommend.

I picked up food here on 12.2.2025 and this lady in the photo was very rude I had my service dog with me and she told me to keep him below the counter and he was nowhere near the counter the way she approached me was nasty and rude and when I asked for the manager she lied and said he was gone she also yelled at me and caused a scene I just had to walk away she also told me my dog wasn’t allowed in there which he is because he is a service dog terrible service and also unprofessional hire people that actually wanna work and doesn’t argue with customers and ones who also don’t say anything about a service dog that is not bothering them also got hung up on when I tried to call and talk to the manager. The food was good.

Geovanni is the best general manager located in Beachwood. The entire staff is very welcoming and well prepared for the customers. Service is fantastic but the food is even BETTER! Best Piada in the area, highly recommend !!!!!
