This was our first time visiting, and we went as a group of friends to try this place out for dinner. I have to say, the manager on duty welcomed us with the nicest attitude we instantly felt comfortable. The food was delicious, and he recommended several great options while being super patient since it was our first time.
Our experience was 10/10, the food 10/10, and the clean, inviting space 10/10. We’ll definitely be back!

I loved the power bowl (probably vegan?) I had today, served for free to veterans (any entree) on Veterans Day. They were professional and friendly. The food was delicious! The Piada pocket was sooo good especially with the white sauce. Thank you again!

Hands down, my favorite Piada location. The staff is always so very welcoming and friendly and always ready to give recommendations and even explain menu items. I do want to give a shoutout to Precious whose spirit is always uplifting and she stays with a smile on her face. The whole team at this location is amazing (I don’t know everyone’s names yet) and the food is always fresh. I am a loyal customer but to this location only lol.

Piada is very delicious, I usually eat order They’re delicious salads for lunch… I decided To order a warm dinner and get it delivered, which I am always very skeptical, so I never order delivery… Tonight I made an exception! The food was prepared very neatly, it was secure and no crazy surcharges! There was a small issue; however, being as compassionate and understanding as Chef Alex, he effortlessly accommodated me appropriately… I really appreciate the good food, but even more, great customer service! I am a forever customer! Thank you Chef Alex!

The food was definitely the definition of mid. The prices seem good until you realize it doesn’t include protein, and the portions are not the best. My chicken on my salad was chewy and seemed to be undercooked. Not bad flavors, but definitely not a place I’d seek out again

The food was delicious, the space was clean and well kept. Prices were reasonable with fresh ingredient options. ‘The Chef’ Piada was amazing! (Highly suggest adding the cannoli chips for dessert.)
The most impressive part was the managing chef. He gave impeccable customers service, but even more amazing was his interactions with his staff. He showed true leadership.
Many restaurants don’t realize how much their attitude contributes to the atmosphere of the restaurant, so big kudos to that guy for getting it right.

The menu is organized by wraps, bowls, and pastas. They make food in front of you like chipotle. You are not reguired to leave a tip like other restaurants. Makes it’s very easy to check out. Great for quick dine in or to go.
Great place to hangout with family and friends. Darker lighting.
Wife likes the BACON lettuce wrap with grilled chicken. The means are really good. I will probably get pasta next time.
They have a soda machine with Dr Pepper, Pepsi products/ and teas on the side.

Phenomenal experience! I arrived just 30 minutes before close, but the team treated me like I was the first customer of the day. The manager was outstanding, he noticed an item wasn’t up to his standards and immediately made a fresh batch on the spot. No rushing, just amazing food and incredible service. Highly recommend!
