Enjoyed Pitt’s Homecoming fireworks and decided to stop on. April, the supervisor, was amazing with our order. I had the basil pesto spaghetti with salmon, added broccoli, sweet potatoes and red peppers. The salmon was well prepared (thanks Michael!). My partner got the fresh parmesan bread (thanks Breanna).

I’ve only been to Piada twice and each time was one of the friendliest restaurants I’ve been to. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Zoe, Cynthia and Orlando were working the second time and were extremely quick with meeting with me. Alexandria was working both time I came here, and was a particularly pleasant worker. The food was warm and delicious both times, and is very reasonably priced for the quality.

I was kindly greeted by April who prepared my Power Bowl, and ensured that I was happy with my meal. Blithe was able to apply my student discount meal and ensured once again that everything was I had hoped. Super friendly staff definitely recommend, especially for students!

Food was delicious as always. I love to bring new people here to try it out because it’s such a fun experience. April was awesome! She was friendly and attentive and made the best dang piada and avocado chopped salads. My husband and I had a date today at Phipps which is a rare occurrence in our lives these days and April and our host Blithe went above and beyond to end our date on a high and delicious note. Do not order here. Ordered on UberEATS, absolutely terrible pasta it’s not even spaghetti, thin like vermicelli. Taste is horrendous most of it is raw. They couldn’t be bothered to cook or mix anything or even fill the container. Looks nothing like the pics.

I came in here with my wife and five- year-old twins after a day at botanical garden. I was so impressed by the kindness and patience of the staff! They made it really fun for my daughter and I to design her own pasta and were so accommodating. We had a wonderful time as a family and the food was incredible. Our avocado chopped salad with grilled chicken and BLT piada wrap with crispy chicken both really hit the spot.

Service was super fast, and Cynthia was really nice. I asked for the student discount and unfortunately it wasn’t 8 so it hadn’t started yet. But Cynthia said she’d give it to me either way. Piada is awesome and a great budget option (if your a student!)

When I mentioned that my protein bowl was a little salty (I have a sensitive tolerance due to blood pressure concerns), Dave immediately offered to replace it. Within minutes, he brought me a brand-new one that was absolutely perfect. That kind of professionalism, kindness, and attention to customer needs is rare.
This was exceptional customer service, and I wish more places around Pittsburgh operated with this level of care. Highly recommend Piada PIADA—and if you can, ask for Dave.
