We had heard good things about the French bread here but every time we came in it was sold out. Finally this weekend we came early enough. Great value at 50 cents each which I think is why it sells out so fast. We also got a donut which was very average. Thought the service made us feel a bit rushed to make our decisions, which would be understandable during a busy time, but that was not the case when we came in. We may be back to get some more of the bread but ultimately not one of my favorite places in Eden center.

Everything we had here was absolutely delicious!!!

If you’re looking for desserts that are just-right sweet look no further! One of the best egg tarts I’ve ever had and my wife says, “The best Thai tea I’ve ever had!”

Just know that there’s a $10 minimum to pay with a credit card so please come with cash if you’re getting just a few items!

Many great bakeries in Eden Center, but this is my favorite. The egg custard is to die for, fried banana and sesame ball are delicious and the steamed buns are delectable. Very affordable, efficient and sweet staff

Efficient service, though at times it feels rushed and abrupt. Some of the food is good, particularly durian Boba and fried banana (my favorites). The sesame balls are good too!! .

The space is tight as people use it was a walk through so youll get brushed up upon.

The sugar cane drink is nice. The store has a lot of desserts and drinks. However if you pay a credit card, you will be charged for the credit card fee or you can pay by cash .

This is one of my favourite bakeries in Eden Centre.
It’s usually really busy and sells out by evening time because they’re that popular.
Lots of choices for savoury and sweet treats, plus drinks and food items as well.
Go explore and don’t be afraid to ask Qs if you’re not familiar as they’re friendly and willing to help.

One place I love to visit in the Eden Center is Phouc Loc Bakery. The pastries there are very affordable and taste amazing. One of my favorite to go is the the fired banana, there are drinks and many pastries as well. This place is very (varies) packed on the weekends and does take a bit to wait to order but the service is surprisingly fast and efficient with kind staff. Overall I recommend this bakery and is worth a try.

This bakery is my go-to bakery for sweets when I’m in Eden. They have so many different items to choose from, it can get overwhelming if you love everything or if you have no idea what’s good:

My fave items include (but not limited to):
-sesame ball (red bean or custard)
-egg custard
-bánh bao xá xìu
-any fried item

They are tucked away in a corner, not too hard to find. The place is pretty small and can get very crowded.

The prices are very inexpensive, and they offer a small discount for higher quantities (buy 5, get 1 free).

BEST SESAME BALLS. Been obsessed with their sesame balls for years now. Will say I haven’t tried anything else from this bakery yet because every time I go, I only have sesame balls on my mind but I will try more things in the future. Their sesame balls are seriously to die for though. Once you have them, you’ll never want sesame balls from elsewhere!

The food here is not clean. I bought steam buns. One vagetable steam bun had a piece of white hair stuck in my teeth. Once I pulled out, it was hair. That is disgusting. They don’t pay attention to health and cleanliness. I won’t go here anymore. Watch out for MSG in all the Vietnamese, Thai, and Chinese Restaurants.
