Thankful this place stays open past 8pm for a late dinner. All we felt like was beef noodle soup given the time of day however I’m glad to have ordered the spring roll vermicelli bowl too which was decent. Large servings and comforting beef pho making good value.

Oh my sweet Jesus. Their betel leaves and prawn rolls are to die for! The best I’ve ever tried in Sydney and highly recommend in their area. Just get the mixed plate if you want to see what this restaurant is all about. The flavours are well balanced and tasty with a strong level of authenticity to it. They give complimentary tea and there is usually a bit of a wait but highly recommend being patient with this place. The service is also phenomenal and they are quick to help if you’re stuck on deciding what to get. Prices are reasonable here and the food comes quick.

Sugar prawn set is big and quite expensive. However it seems like everyone is here for the sugar prawn set. If you want a cheaper option but still want to get the taste of all the protein options, I recommend getting the vermicelli bowls. Staffs are quick. The line is long but move quickly and staffs are efficient with arrange the tables. It’s a small space so it’s quite loud inside.

At Phu Quoc, one dish has reigned supreme for as long as locals can remember: the iconic DIY rice paper rolls. While the menu offers plenty of variety, it’s this interactive, hands-on favourite—particularly the sugar cane prawn—that continues to steal the spotlight.
The ritual is half the charm: dip the rice paper, layer in soft vermicelli noodles, crisp greens, and your chosen protein, then wrap, dip, and savour. It’s a dish that balances freshness, texture, and flavour in a way that never grows old.
The restaurant itself is bright, clean, and modern, with service that rarely misses a beat. The only inconsistency lies in the greens—on a good day, they’re vibrant and crisp; on others, less so. And while Phu Quoc’s reputation has stood the test of time, the scribbled-out prices on the menu can leave diners second-guessing what’s still available.
Still, when it comes to Vietnamese dining traditions executed well, few experiences match the simple joy of rolling your own sugar cane prawn at Phu Quoc.

Absolutely delicious meal in Cabramatta. This restaurant is a clear pick judging by the queue in front and empty restaurants either side.

The large pork spring rolls were a highlight along with the sugar cane prawn rice paper rolls.

Very generous in servings with super fresh ingredients.

The service was very quick and polite.

Will definitely be back on our next visit!!

Authentic Vietnamese food in Cabramatta. The spring rolls were fresh and you can tell it’s handmade. Had spring rolls with vermicelli salad and the portion was generous and all the vegetables were fresh. The pho was very flavourful and warming. Staffs were extremely accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend to visit this place when visiting Cabramatta.

Authentic Vietnamese food and dining experience. Orders are served quickly, and service is prompt. There’s normally a line, especially at peak meal times, but it moves quickly. It’s great for people who are unfamiliar with Vietnamese cuisine because the menu has pictures, so you’ll know what you’re ordering. Generally, the food is good. However, the rice paper wraps/skin provided are a little bit smaller than what I’m familiar with. The shrimp spring rolls were already stiff when they were served, so they might have been pre-wrapped and not made to order. Overall, decent and authentic Vietnamese food, fast service, and pricing is a bit on the high side for what it is.

Sunday 1330 about a 20 minute cue waiting out front it moved fairly quickly. The place was 100% the whole time we were there. We ordered the combination. Good meal for two people and good value at $37. Enjoyed the food and the rowdy atmosphere. Cramped so don’t expect elbow space. Don’t if it is the best or others better, it was an enjoyable tasty lunch, very happy.

We were curious about their sugarcane prawns so we had to give them a try. First, the served us some warm tea, then a plate of fresh veggies for the rice rolls. Next came the pork spring rolls – and wow, the portions were huge! Finally, the sugarcane prawns arrived, and one bite was all it took… perfection! They’re even better when wrapped up and dipped into their secret sauce.

Definitely worth the visit. We came early, so we didn’t have to wait for a table.
