I was amazingly pleased by the service, food, and inclusive options on the menu. I dropped by looking for some local tastes nearby and decided that it was time to give it a shot. I will absolutely be returning. The food was great, with little wait. It was hot, not dry, had good taste with very crafty creativity.
The atmosphere was pleasant, I will be paying another visit at a later hour, but lich time was fine.
The service was quick, friendly, and I felt very welcomed by the two working, I’ll include their names when I go back!
And for the vegans and/or vegetarians, I think this might be my new burger fix.

Phreds never does me dirty. When I want a really good burger, they’re always reliable. Their fries are fried to order and always so crispy. They have vegan options, which I love! We tried the cauliflower wings for the first time yesterday and they’re amazing! They’re always a 10 out of 10 for me!

My service dog was denied access at Rosco’s Burger Inn, so we decided to try this place based on its good reviews. They were friendly and welcoming. They didnt even try to get us to sit outside on the patio, they welcomed my SD. Service was excellent. Food was excellent. They make some of the most interesting burgers I have seen. Definitely worth the visit! You can get a burger and fries for $15 or less.

Greetings. I was served by River. A patient and professional member of the staff. River answered all of my questions and was attentive to me as a customer. This restaurant has an open and roomy seating area. I like the space and decor. I ordered the Pacific Islander Surf and Turf Burger which has a beef patty, a pineapple slice, fried shrimp, sauce, and cheese along with the typical burger toppings ie .. lettuce and a tomato slice. Very good burger. It came with fries. The bar stool area has hooks under the seating counter area for purses or whatever bags you desire to hang there.

I feel silly for not going to Phred’s sooner. This place is amazing. I had a difficult time choosing what to eat. There is a wide variety of burgers that are unique. They also have traditional burgers. Everything i had was amazing. This is definitely one of the best burgers in El Paso. The service was top notch. Much better than you should expect at any given restaurant. Murphy did a great job.
